19th Jan 2025 5:44 p.m. Gonna start thus today or will never ever start..... Hello again Anuj Bhaiya! Long time no see, hope you are doing great! Loving to see that you are continuing posting and that you never stopped. I hope your kid (me) gets some inspo from you and follow your steps. This is the first day-note am writing sinceafter 5th May 2024. How well dedicated i was at that time. And now that i'm wasted totally, typically speaking "hawa lag gai hai baahar ki" yaa nothing else. I've become so lazy that every time thoughts like "sleep a bit more" or "no problem scroll some reels"..... Haven't yet posted one proper video after college has started, not one proper short neither reel and an totally depressed ki what is happening why can't i focus and bring my circidian back. Well not going to lie ki my Hostel stay was useful as well as harmful. Then I could not do my daily things coz of "you know", and thought that when I'll shift to pg then I'll get time to do these, and now that I'm in pg I'm being lazy..... It won't work! IT WON'T WORK!! Then I realized that I already have my solution on my hand, being organized and having the steering of our future, past and present in my own hands using day-note (your great tip). But after knowing that also maine almost 1 mahina procastinate karte huwe beeta diya..... But aaj socha ki raat ko chhodo abhi hi likh daalta hu kam se kam start to hoga..... Then daily ke daily hone se will get accustomed again soon. College me kuchh zyada hi social hona bhi theek nahi hai, people rely on you too much. Abhi i need to do two colourings for upcoming wall magazine competition, then also study for tomorrow's PCT and help a friend with a Gross anatomy diagram. I'll have to do these before i sleep today. You can also share my case My name is Saaransh Previous year when i was 14 after September I got sudden hearing loss i could barely listen anyone it was also noticed by my parents so they took me to local ent specialist She took my hearing test and it came with 40-50 percentage of hearing lost and said this due to weaking of nerves and it can't be treated. Then my father took me PGI Chandigarh there the doctor told us that it was a case of adenoiditis (where adinodes gland behind tonsil which srink till puberty don't srink but swell up) it can be treated with Adenoidectomy surgery. I had surgery this year with ear fluid tube implant and I am normal now I hope you will share this case also.
29th Jan 2025 09:05 p.m. Today was average..... Yesterday i was able to complete till azygos vein but could not touch the joints and ossification..... Then aaj jan Histology practicals me revision karwa rahe the then i came to know that some things like Rotator cuff muscle, etc are also there to be studied. Aaj Anatomy ke second FA ka result aaya and PCT also and i passed in both this time..... But of course what is "pass" will mere passing work? Khair wahi itna difficult hai pehle to..... This time maximum have passed..... Got 18.5/25 in FA and 9.5/12 in PCT..... But many got 11 and 10 in PCT and also more than me in FA okay am not being jealous but ofcourse standards badhane padenge..... Classes went well..... The thing that many of my ex-hostelmates forcing me to do their diagrams ek baar do baar teen baar..... Pehle apna karo phir dusro ka..... And that i can barely say "no"..... Whatever..... Then ..... Aaj phirse ek copy gum hote hote bacha..... Also i need to collect my micro anatomy copy tomorrow . ..... . Aaj studying for tomorrow's chhotu MCQ FA of physiology..... 22nd Jan 2025 8:51 p.m. Today was well and good oh yesterday i forgot to tell that i scored 21/25 in practical test that was held previously for biochemistry..... I was not at all satisfied because i gave correct viva answers except for one and i wrote it exactly as it was supposed to be..... My friends Scored 24,23,22 ..... And aapko to pata hi hai how inferiority complex hits me bad..... Dusro se khudko compare karne me hi mera time jata hai..... Pehle to it was like puri mehnat karke i used to feel bad but abhi to mehnat bhi puri puri nai ho rai pata nhi why I've grown so lazy..... Ok kal ka baat bohot huwa..... Today was average again classes me i paid attention and was interacting, but the thought that I've at almost zero level for the internals is haunting me inside..... Practicals bhi even dekhne hai..... Ek baar schedule fit baith jaae to baat ban jae but thats not happening..... Karna to khud hi padega whatever be it ..... TH-cam bhi ruka huwa hai..... Thought that ek baar padhai settle ho jaegi then i can give time to TH-cam..... Still that's my plan..... Oh Goddddddd!! Post internal se sab kuchh settle karte jaana hai however lazy i feel..... 27th Jan 2025 09:16 p.m. Today was again average i'll keep saying average and below that until and unless i get that perfectly spent one week where i studied all taught in class, did all assignments, covered all copies, made all notes, did self care all the days, wrote the day note and ahot editted uploaded a video, a reel and a short..... With stories and status..... Coming to today again, wait earlier i used to do that i used to continue explaining from the time when i left the day note the previous day..... So that is how i should do it now also..... So i did completw the physiology mapping part yesterday but could not step into anatomy preparation which i'm taking this day with the syllabus of the first FA..... Starting with osteology as i planned that i'ld never call subjects like Physio, Anat, biochem, osteo,..... I will not do from now..... Anatomy means anatomy not anat..... Then today i got checked physiology practical of haematology, then log book..... Submitted my Biochemistry log book, oh today there was an Early Clinical Exposure class of Jaundice at the emergency ward at hospital..... It was nice i understood more than what i did at class two months ago..... 20th Jan 2025 8:52 p.m. Today was Okayish not too much of depression, just that ki mai ni padh pa rha coz i need to complete my part of drawing for the wall magazine competition and my roommate who never studies except the day before exam is burying his head on lectures online...... Whatever tge PCT today went theek hoping to fetch some marks, though in nervousness + time lack i did stupidity in a few questions which i know the answers of. I had to submit the e-poster for AIIMS Bibinagar's competition so got it signed by the head of department. That was a saliva-swallowing moment too. Whatever i did submit it on the last day(╥﹏╥)(╥﹏╥)..... YaY!! I'll have to complete this thing by today itself..... Tomorrow there is a Family adoption program tour, hope it goes well!! All that goes well is by Maharayal Bai Sa Raaj's good kindness, and whatever ulta pulta happens is due to my carelessness, foolishness and most importantly, Laziness..... My name is Saaransh
Previous year when i was 14 after September I got sudden hearing loss i could barely listen anyone it was also noticed by my parents so they took me to local ent specialist
She took my hearing test and it came with 40-50 percentage of hearing lost and said this due to weaking of nerves and it can't be treated. Then my father took me PGI Chandigarh there the doctor told us that it was a case of adenoiditis (where adinodes gland behind tonsil which srink till puberty don't srink but swell up) it can be treated with Adenoidectomy surgery. I had surgery this year with ear fluid tube implant and I am normal now
I hope you will share this case also.

Today was average.....
Yesterday i was able to complete till azygos vein but could not touch the joints and ossification..... Then aaj jan Histology practicals me revision karwa rahe the then i came to know that some things like Rotator cuff muscle, etc are also there to be studied.
Aaj Anatomy ke second FA ka result aaya and PCT also and i passed in both this time..... But of course what is "pass" will mere passing work? Khair wahi itna difficult hai pehle to..... This time maximum have passed..... Got 18.5/25 in FA and 9.5/12 in PCT..... But many got 11 and 10 in PCT and also more than me in FA okay am not being jealous but ofcourse standards badhane padenge.....
Classes went well..... The thing that many of my ex-hostelmates forcing me to do their diagrams ek baar do baar teen baar..... Pehle apna karo phir dusro ka..... And that i can barely say "no".....
Whatever..... Then ..... Aaj phirse ek copy gum hote hote bacha..... Also i need to collect my micro anatomy copy tomorrow . ..... . Aaj studying for tomorrow's chhotu MCQ FA of physiology.....
Today's mentoring session me dono bachcho ne koi response nhi dikhaya to i could rest a bit..... But baad me mera hi load badhega..... Phew.....

Standard textbooks..Make short notes, see the diagrams,chat eyc...Most of the faculty videos are present on You tube.. At least all the PYQs videos are present....

Today was well and good oh yesterday i forgot to tell that i scored 21/25 in practical test that was held previously for biochemistry..... I was not at all satisfied because i gave correct viva answers except for one and i wrote it exactly as it was supposed to be..... My friends Scored 24,23,22 ..... And aapko to pata hi hai how inferiority complex hits me bad..... Dusro se khudko compare karne me hi mera time jata hai..... Pehle to it was like puri mehnat karke i used to feel bad but abhi to mehnat bhi puri puri nai ho rai pata nhi why I've grown so lazy.....
Ok kal ka baat bohot huwa..... Today was average again classes me i paid attention and was interacting, but the thought that I've at almost zero level for the internals is haunting me inside..... Practicals bhi even dekhne hai..... Ek baar schedule fit baith jaae to baat ban jae but thats not happening..... Karna to khud hi padega whatever be it .....
TH-cam bhi ruka huwa hai..... Thought that ek baar padhai settle ho jaegi then i can give time to TH-cam..... Still that's my plan.....
Oh Goddddddd!!
Post internal se sab kuchh settle karte jaana hai however lazy i feel..... This damn laziness I'm not gonna let it take my crowns place.....

Today was again average i'll keep saying average and below that until and unless i get that perfectly spent one week where i studied all taught in class, did all assignments, covered all copies, made all notes, did self care all the days, wrote the day note and ahot editted uploaded a video, a reel and a short..... With stories and status.....
Coming to today again, wait earlier i used to do that i used to continue explaining from the time when i left the day note the previous day..... So that is how i should do it now also..... So i did completw the physiology mapping part yesterday but could not step into anatomy preparation which i'm taking this day with the syllabus of the first FA..... Starting with osteology as i planned that i'ld never call subjects like Physio, Anat, biochem, osteo,..... I will not do from now..... Anatomy means anatomy not anat..... Then today i got checked physiology practical of haematology, then log book..... Submitted my Biochemistry log book, oh today there was an Early Clinical Exposure class of Jaundice at the emergency ward at hospital..... It was nice i understood more than what i did at class two months ago.....
I hope i complete at leaat the main topics of first FA today itself of the Anatomy part.....

Today was Okayish not too much of depression, just that ki mai ni padh pa rha coz i need to complete my part of drawing for the wall magazine competition and my roommate who never studies except the day before exam is burying his head on lectures online...... Whatever tge PCT today went theek hoping to fetch some marks, though in nervousness + time lack i did stupidity in a few questions which i know the answers of.
I had to submit the e-poster for AIIMS Bibinagar's competition so got it signed by the head of department. That was a saliva-swallowing moment too. Whatever i did submit it on the last day(╥﹏╥)(╥﹏╥)..... YaY!!
I'll have to complete this thing by today itself..... Tomorrow there is a Family adoption program tour, hope it goes well!!
All that goes well is by Maharayal Bai Sa Raaj's good kindness, and whatever ulta pulta happens is due to my carelessness, foolishness and most importantly, Laziness.....
