It's apart of the characters outfit. So blame it on the Character designers for designing it before thinking about playing live. Don't blame it on the Costume creators.
Non-chan always look like that. She's really shy and is not the type to smile so often while performing (in Roselia lives you can see that), so apart from tired she would feel really nervous.
6 months passed before I commented this but anyway I could tell why all of the character she voiced were mostly shy type. Maybe because she's a shy type too.

One of the reasons japanese fans loved her from the start is because she's like Rinko, even Megu (Ako's voice actor) said that Kanon was so similar to Rinko she felt she was talking to the character hehe.
I mean she’s holding a keytar with her the whole time. I don’t think it’s that she forgot but that they probably didn’t bother teaching her cause she wouldn’t be able to dance with that thing in hands anyway
I know right, everyone looking so happy and she seems like suffering, I really would like to know why but I think what Ren said it's one part, that combination must make movements so awkward
