Winter on the Paleo ARK is the harshest season of them all. During this time, the male mammoths escort their pregnant mates south to the birthing grounds so that they may deliver their young. After a failed hunt that ended in tragedy, a human tribe learns the hard way that the mammoths are not mindless beasts. Magnus, a black-tusked mammoth, tracks down the tribe that took away the one thing that mattered most to him...

okay so this is by far my favourite episode so far
The storyline was amazing, i love when the dinos interact with the humans, the fight scene where the mammoth destroys the village is just wow!!
That shot of the mammoth standing in the dark surrounded by fire and destruction is beautiful

Reminds me of Disney’s Dinosaur a bit, in that the protagonist mammoth goes back to help a weary older mammoth but gets them both lost in the process.

I haven't played with the mammoths yet, and when i saw a Mammoth throw a player i was shocked and dieing of laughter
So our Mammoth character is named Magnus that's a perfect name for that male mammoth.
For the game that makes me want to throw my controller at the wall whenever I die this series shows it in a different light and I like that.
Yeah, when ur rex gets stuck for no reason and you dont have cryopods on you, or when you lose a tame on neutral cuz it ran off or when you spend weeks prepping for a boss fight and the boss kills all ur tames
this is incredible. It takes TRUE talent to get the viewer to FEEL everything with zero words. Its always a joy to watch Paleo ARK but this might be the best one yet. 10/10 great work Depth. Can not wait to see what comes next. Much Love.

When this story is not as far fetched as you might think, knowing that elephants are one of the most intelligent and social creatures, and the bonds that they have is so strong. I absolutely loved this one like all of the others, but is has a special space in my heart, me being an animal lover, specially for elephants.

By far, the best one, I loved how the Mammoth wanted the human to understand what he has done, by taking away his tribe, it even looked like Mammothzilla!

This was really, really good. I was very impressed with the fight scenes, a classic "Hero lose once, Hero wins once" feeling. I also loved those human POV scene. It was simply amazing, the fact from how much you have improved ever since episode 1. I can't wait for more of your stuff, especially the Aberration series. I expect even greater things from you, I hope you will always keep this series going until the very end.
If you see this I would really like to see some more ocean/water themed episodes if you can,maybe something with the deinosuchus from ark additions since it recently got a TLC

Every thing about this episode, from the music to the sound effects used, was fantastic! It shows how really worthwhile the mammoth TLC was, as watching it move, it feels like it was pulled straight from Walking with Beasts!
This whole segment reminds me of the first Ice Age movie where Manny lost his wife and kid and the human chief lost his wife and son. It was awesome!

WOW,just,WOW. This is by far my favorite episode. The perspective,the action sequences,it's all astounding! When the mammoth raided the camp, with the way it was shot, you could just feel and see the hatred and grief behind it's eyes. Well done i say,well done!

Before I say anything else, oh my goodness Depths you did absolutely amazing on this. I would try pick out a favourite part but everything was so perfectly blended together, i can't choose. The lighting might be my favourite thing but everything else is so amazing. Probably one of the best ways to not use dialogue, but convey an amazing story.
Now putting me being so blown away by this aside, I so wanna know how fun destroying that village is. Looks amazing to do lol. (though it must of been a massive pain the build)
It was pretty easy to put together, simple in build took us about an hour. Was a blast watching it get torn apart!

The way you've been able to tell such an emotional and powerful story with the limited tools of a video game is amazing to me. I really love this one.
This is very emotional a Magnus the mammoth is very care about the pregnant mates but they were being ambush by the hunters and Magnus lose the pregnant mate mammoth. He's sad before anger to revenge to attack hunter's camp after he take down the camp Magnus snatch him and brought here the corpse of Pregnant mammoth to see what they done that was amazing video I'm very interested

I think this was amazing paleo Ark series and awesome episodes of different dinosaurs and mammals and humans i was shocked and amazed by this amazing series and I hope to see more episodes of Paleo Ark season 1 or 2
Ps I loved the storyline and the two mammoth’s 🦣 they were like sisters in this herd and now seeing the old and weak mammoth made me cried I feel bad for this animal and now seeing the other mammoth in pain and anger destroying the human Village and killing all of them was pretty Brutal and I won’t lie seeing the mammoth bringing the Human leader to its dead sister mammoth 🦣 was really heartbreaking RIP mammoth

Holy shit man. This really was an amazing episode. The entire storyline to it was amazing. The fact that the mammoth showed the tribe leader his dead friend really shows how intelligent these animals are. And of course that fight scene when the mammoth returned to the village. That was epic. The mammoth standing there around fire and smoke, what a scene. You all done an amazing job with this, amazing work 👍

After learning the brown mammoth was pregnant: my depression grows larger once again, well played Depths, though, was nice and symbolic when Magnus took what mattered most to the chief and left him alive to suffer just like they did to him

Impressive. I liked how the beginning gave me a Jungle Book (2016) vibe. The other animals of the frozen forest revered the mammoths and showed them respect.

Depth this just made me subscribe like for real this was prob the best Ark Cinematic Series I have ever seen and don't get me wrong the episodes you come up with are very good but it was nothing like this one, this episode was the best episode I have seen and I love it because it's so much deeper then you would think. Okay, sure a mammoth and another mammoth get hunted by a tribe, greaaat. But then the mammoth takes revenge and kills everyone except the tribe leader. Then takes the tribe leader over to the mammoth that he killed. It's so deep because he is showing the tribe leader what he went through and is basically delivering karma. Perfect episode and I love you and everybody that helps you do this. Keep up the good work :D
