    Thanks for sharing. I have an 8ft high fence and they get through. Planning to try your method now.

      Good luck. I put the lower wires at about knee high, and the upper wire just above my waste. But with your 8 foot fence, you might only need to run a single wire around the outside, about 4 feet from the higher fence, and be good to go.

    FYI, Stoney Ridge did similar, he found the electricity was unnecessary

    May I ask if you made a homemade fence charger or purchased one? I am looking at trying this first on a decoy garden, planting just anything in it. Then if it is successful, I can get down to business and plant for my pantry. Thanks a million. Jesus bless.

      It's a store bought one. Not the expensive kind. Just good enough to give them a solid zap when they touch their nose to the wire.
