that is something I've realized in the last 3-6 months with my business. I was way over complicating things thinking there must be something that I am not doing that other people are. all the while I ignored all the basic shit that I needed to be doing to grow. And when I broke it down what I found is that I actually really only needed to be doing 2-3 things every day to grow at a steady pace. As soon as you write down that simple plan, the fog clears and everything you want becomes much more attainable. keep it simple stupid indeed

KISS!!! Man haven’t heard that since my Air Force days!
    A few takeaways.
-The best person I can think of who consistently demonstrates simplicity is Jocko.
-1000 words and didn’t say anything… damn that’s me all day.
-the message as a whole is impactful. From finances, to health, work. I guess I was meant to hear this message today. Been going back and forth about taking a trip in two weeks that my wife and i can’t afford if we want to stick to our debt free plan. Overcomplicating the mission by not sticking to the plan is not ideal.
    Enjoying the content, brother!

3 Ways to Simplify Your Life -- for increased energy, self-awareness, and adaptiveness
    1. Identify what is important, prioritize those things, and eliminate or minimize the rest. Create boundaries, say "no" to more. It prevents you from overextending which diminishes creativity and energy for the important opportunities.
    2. Be in control of your time -- your work, your relationships, your energy, your actions.
    3. Convenience is killing you -- it's simple and easy. There is a time and place for convenience, but when it becomes commonplace it starts to kill you.
