Fakhr is a terrific interviewer. The way he brought back the laughs after an intensely sad story is really commendable. My respect for Akram sir has gone up even further! What a champ, on and off the pitch.
I think he did good. Because this should be in middle. Not at the start or in ending.
Absolutely. Incredibly done !! Sensitive yet not at all cheesy 🤘
The death story of Wasim Akram's wife and the hospitality from Indians really touched my heart 😢
That's the reason why the great wasim akram love india & Indian
Indians love him more. Don’t go by social media banters 😊
@@anuchugh31 there is a lot of hate by Indians on social media towards Pak
YES INDIANS LOVE AND RESPECT WASIM AKRAM MORE THAN OTHER PAKISTANI PLAYER BECAUSE HE IS A VERY GOOD HUMAN BEING AND NEVER INVOLVED IN DEROGATORY POLITICAL RANTING AGAINEST INDIA LIKE AKTHAR,AFRIDI AND OTHERS.
Indians love Wasim and admire him.
On the other note, Indians love everyone, as long as other people/country dont attack/insult our country and culture. Everyone knows that We (Indians) never draw the first blood.
After watching this show i couldn't help and cried a lot. Huge respect for you wasim sir. Love from India 🇮🇳 ❤❤
Watched the whole podcast without skipping even a second…hearing about his personal tragedy made me emotional..he’s the greatest left arm swing bowler 🙏🙏respect❤️
imagine if this guy Fakhar Alam was in India he would've had so many shows to host he deserves everything
Nice to hear Wasim Akram’s journey until now, it was great to hear him. Really an emotional and inspirational story. He is a great narrator

Anytime bhai, difference bass political and border ka hain.. baki saab apne hain
Wasim Akram Sir.. such a gem of a person way beyond cricket ! The most loved Pakistani Cricketer in India. Love and respect always 🇮🇳❤️🏏
I was born in 1985 my first remembrance of cricket was 1996 World Cup and Sir Wasim Akram was the one bowling, I don’t recall ever seeing him cry until this interview, just to tell you Sir I love you.
One of the greatest cricketers to ever live and still he has such an open honesty. Not afraid to show vulnerability. So Very rare to see.
Fakhr e alam also conducted a wonderful interview.
Wasim Bhai, it has been a pleasure to know some of your life's moments through this interview.
Love from India.
The greatest fast bowler ever Wasim Akram. Truly touching story of the tragedy he had to deal with in life. Have never ever seen a bowler as magical as him. Pure joy!
Watching Wasim Akram from long time sitting here in Mumbai always admired him

Wasim sir there was always something about you that inspired me as a school going child...i remember supporting pakistan in 1999 finals just because of you..today hearing you i feel you are genuinely a very nice human being...

Great interview.. Had to cry during 33:00....Tough moments to lose your partner... These moments can break anyone... Luckily Wasim bhai survived this great challenge..
I have read his book and was familiar with all these incidents but still it hurts when it came out of such pain...I can hear this person for infinity..what a great player, gentleman...

Dear Mr Fakr,
My name is V.Subramanian, President of JCL infra Ltd and I belong to India.
I am enjoying your pavilion show on youtube which comes on air in India after 4 hours on indian TH-cam after you go on Live.
I must confess that your Pavilion show is one of the best cricket show I have ever seen on world cup. The Comments given by you, Wasim, Moin, Misbah and Shoaib are absolutely Meticulous, unbiased, non-nepotic with no conflict of interest. I always wait till 01.00am IST for your posr match analysis on youtube for airing it in India. I must say that after Tony Greig, Richie Benaud and Bill Lawry, I found your team analysis outstanding. please make pavilion show a perennial one for all the cricket matches 24x7 for all the 12months, not restricting only to world cup
My Respect, Regards and Reverence to you and your team.

What a heartfelt & honest interview! The culture being what it is… it could not have been easier. Just goes to show the warrior spirit of the man. A role model as always
One should make a biopic on this great baller of all time. The legend Wasim Akram.
No matter which country he represented, his performance was simply amazing Wasim Bhai’s aura on commentary is another add on we missed you on big screen! If there’s great batsman called Sachin Wasim is great example of fast bowler!!
Omg Wasim bhai many people including myself cried with you. What a legend you are. Glad you and your family found a person like shaneira who seems like a lovely person.
I'm from India, and I've always been a Wasim Akram fan, more so after he left cricket. Such nice gentleman & such a great ambassador of cricket & humanity. Just not sure why Pakistan cricket is not utilizing him. Been following you for a long time, and I'm sorry about your loss. But I'm happy that you're in such great peace of mind at this moment. Stay blessed!
It's very heart moving to see the great Wasim Akram crying...this only tells you that we all are humans....great man, wonderful cricketer
Always liked Wasim Akram since my childhood. I have always soft corner for all left hander cricketers around the world :). He is on the GOAT. It is an emotional interview. Very balance and honest commentator. He excels whatever he does. Not sure why this time ICC did not send him for commentary. Respect for him has gone up after hearing what he has gone thru in his personal life.
Wasim alkarm has a brilliant screen presence. His communication skills are commendable. I can hear him for hours .
What people write on social media without knowing the person or his journey, is such a nonsense... Wasim bhai you are a legend... Lots of love from India ❤
This was so beautiful to watch and seeing such a huge cricketer share a vulnerable side of him in public, it's a huge loss, losing your partner, the mother of your sons but he has held himself up. Sending my love and prayers to him and his family. God bless Huma's soul.
It is a treat always to listen to Wasim Akram ❤️ , lahori touch in every dialogue:)
Sorry to hear about your loss that you went through.. proud of our Indian brothers who were there to help and wasim bhai is such a charming personality.
we grew up imitating the run up and bowling action of wasim akram. what a legend. thank you fakhre Alam for inviting Wasim Sir
The great Akram narrating the story of Mrs Uma Akram God give her peace was heart touching 😢this coming from an Indian. U have been the villain during my childhood but I respect you sir sometimes you hate a person who u want be in your team. But today I have realised there is a backstory for them as well and you have been an hero ever since you retired and you have gone a level above by sharing your story to all the Indians who love and admire you across the border
This is the most honest thing I have seen in a while. Respect for the battles Mr Akram won on the cricket field and off the field.
Wasim bhai I am from India but I have been great fan of you I can see the pain and all in your face and as a person you have always kept calms and cool off the field unlike other bowler during your time who made unnecessary comment about other things also a great competitor on the field wish you all the good thing for you emotion har jagah same hote hai insaan ke chahe woh koi bhi country ka ho kids from 90s who are cricket lovers knows how good he was as a bowler wish you happy and healthy life.
Yesterday also I had commented about Wasim Sir. I didn't knew that first thing in the morning I hear him more. I watched the whole 45 min of this episode without missing his single word. Wasim Sir's and The Great Dhoni life is more or less the same . Its kind of watching Movie Dhoni again. Its my request to Pakistan Film Directors to kindly make Wasim Saabs Biopic and caste the good looking actors with superb acting skills who can justify actual Wasim Akram. Sir dil jeet liya aap ne and I would like to thank Indian govt also who supported you and tried their best. Sir app ke liye respect to thi he ab aur zyada hai. Thanks a lot and much love from India. I am a well known Dj of India. I still remember whem Wasim Sir used to come to Delhi and used to party in the night club where i was the resident Dj.. Even Shoaib Akhtar used to come
Amazing series. Please bring in every cricket legend here. Thanks.
The most sensible person in Pakistan cricket... He talk very sensibly logically.... I can listen this mann all day.... I just love his voice 🙇♂️
Really loved this interview as we saw a different side of Waseem Akram the legend.
Fakhar has been the best English speaking host of Pakistan.
Totally enjoyed this one! Wish Waseem could speak a little more of the 90s journey with Waqar.
Really admire this man as a cricketer as well as the way he carries himself .A true legend unfortunately he didn't get this due respect in Pakistan. If he wud have been in india he wud have got at least khel Ratna
He is my all time great, no one can come close to him. Request go Wasim bhai….. please ignore the stupid people …. They are just jealous of your since they can’t achieve 0.1% of what you did. May Allah keep you happy and healthy and blessed!!! Hope this message reaches you.
Amazing interview. One of the best examples of honesty and at the same time overcoming the challenge with positivity.True sportsman...salute for that..
Wasim Akram is a champion - on the field, off the field, and overall in life.
This interview just re-affirms that.

Great man...great story...heart touching wife's story. Literally had tears in my eyes. Wasim bhai keep it up, you are brave man. Lucky to have such great mentors Javid bhai & Khan sab.
Wasim Akram ....there will never be a bowler like you ever. After watching this very personal interview and to know what pain you went thru, I can only say one thing...may The Almighty bless you with tons n tons of happiness for the rest of your life!
I am a die-hard fan of Wasim Akram and Imran Khan,. They are the legendary fast bowler. This interview has enhanced my fan quotient of Wasim Akram quite a notch...both as a cricketer and a human being. He was a prolific cricket commentator on Star Sports. We miss him a lot.
Also, I must say Fakhr is one of the best anchors. First time I saw him in this video. It was indeed an excellent experience.
Wasim sir! I am big fan of yours. I am left arm bowler and type 1 diabetic. That’s the only comparison I can have with you. I have played my cricket as you as my ideal. Keep growing.

Wasim Akram the magician....I bet in today's world he could have gotten too many hatrics... Love from India...
Wasim bhai I was very little in 1992, But I saw whole world cup 1999 and even after the final we never thought that this guy is a match fixer. You were always in our heart and still is. You and Imran Khan! And I remember when I took selfie with you in Dubai Intercontinental! Best day :D
Wasim sir legend forever in fast bowling. I am very sad for his family. Love from India punjab
The death story was very emotional, I literally cry
Indian always respect humanity very touching story #wasimakram 😢
Amazing listening to Wasim Akram' life story... Have grown up seeing his superb fast bowling.. love from India.
I have been watching the pavilion show since last year's T20 world cup and continued to this year's world cup. I am very impressed with the show believe me I don't watch any Indian show but I wait for your show pre match analysis ( some big match) and post match. Though post match analysis comes at midnight but I watch knowingly tomorrow i have to drive for the office. So, while watching the show I used to think if I would get the chance to meet the living legend Washim Akram i would ask about his personal life.
You fulfilled my wish too early.
Thanks,
Ashutosh
