Hi, looks like your specs power is not stable yet. Please wait for at least one more year. Get the eyes tests every 6 months and monitor the changes. If power changes get the new specs made immediately. Once the power gets stable then you can plan for SILK.

Yes, you can wear contact lenses. You should get proper eye tests done especially to get the contact lens prescription and accordingly buy the lenses. The best type of lenses are daily disposables, with less maintenance, and fewer chances of infection. I don't have any recommendations for the place and don't have any idea about the cost either.

The eye size stabilises so does your myopia power at a certain age. If you get the surgery when your specs power has been stable for last 6 months, the power or the eye size doesn't tend to increase in future.

Contoura vision is not possible in plus number. Please share proper knowledge. Contoura vision is software which is uesd to correct minus number only.
Hyperopia ( + spherical numbers) can be corrected by Contoura Vision. I'm absolutely certain about that.
