Of all the videos I’ve watched this is the only one I’ve heard make this seem like a real instrument. I figured it was people not knowing what to do with it, and it’s a good thing you proved it because I already bought one online.

Love my JD-Xi, one of the best Synths for little Money. The Sounds are great, Drums including, an Analog Synth, and the best Appergio in the World with sooo many possibilities😍

Here's a little tip for this Synth
If you want to change chord patterns then hold one hand in the shift button and with the other hand you can then play different chord changes by using the keys

Thanks. Glad you like my music. If you want to know the basics of the JD-Xi, I have several tutorials explaining how to make a basic song, drums, basslines, and so on. Nothing fancy, but I think they might be useful.

Great idea. I really like it. I tried it however I seem to be missing something. Can I ask what the grid on the arpeggiator is? Also #28 is Seq Ptn 22. Is that correct? Thanks

@Adrian Gaytan Roland could have added a shortcut like Shift+DrumPart to toggle the part on/off.

Great !!!The Drum set is 64 steps???On Forum I read 16 steps can write...

I think you can set the Bars or measures to 4 bars rather than 1, this will give you 16 per bar, so 64 in total 👍

    • @palerider_New80s_music

64 steps sequencer in the four channels, not drums only.

Hello, we have a problem.. we can't understand, arpeggiator is on, we are trying to play notes together with other instruments(drum, guitar etc), but when we pressing the keys sometimes we have a delay of sound..why? Is it velocity?

C'est vraiment dommage de vouloir descendre à 60 bpm pour faire du 8 mesures
    (de la part du JD-XI/roland)

    •  3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@palerider_New80s_music oh sorry I though that TH-cam auto translate.
I said it's sad that we need to use the 60 bpm trick to have a 8 measures
