Well, I would like to say that the factory setup is really cool, But like the great minds once said there is always room for improvement, Here I found the factory is have lots of area to be improved, I will like to mention some of them- for example as per the above video product safety is at bad shape like the employees are not wearing gloves while handling light colors which may result in handling stains therefore adding one more operation cost for stain removing which is not at all a way to frugal manufacturing. The sharp tools like trimmers are not tied to the workstation this practice is not only dangerous to the products but also to the end customers and also endangers the brands face value.
Fabrics are not kept properly as we can understand from the above video that various shades are kept together improperly.
Now when we speak about employees, they are very important for any manufacturing facility, The above video shows the spectator that awareness on the PPE/ Guards is jot well circulated among the employee's asper the above video the employees are not using eye guard and needle guard.
And lots more to highlight.
I hope the facility management will look into it and take it as an opportunity to improve…
