Dude, love this. Totally stealing it for my field day. How long are those boards and are they 2x4s?
2x6 and I believe they are 8ft
@@ThePESpecialist thank you!
Hey there! I’m a new PE teacher looking for field day ideas and I love these videos you’ve made. I’m needing some field day games that use balloons… any ideas?
Ballon pop relay? Or if your inside you could have them strike a balloon in the air with a team from one place to another
Thanks for the ideas! We’ll be outside, so I like the balloon pop relay.
Do you happen to have a video of your own demonstration/student expectations for that? 😅
@@blakewatson2829 Nope, but it's pretty simple, every kid gets a balloon and when it's your turn you run down to the designated area and pop your balloon and then tag the next person - it's pretty hilarious to watch for the little kids since many of them can barely pop a balloon even when sitting on it
@@ThePESpecialist That does sound funny to watch! Have you ever joined in on that balloon pop relay with them yourself just for fun?
@@blakewatson2829 I played as a kiddo, but haven't as a teacher
Hey I'm looking to do this activity for my field day thanks for the idea! Do you have an idea how large the ball is or a link to it?
It's pretty big, I'd guess about 75 cm from looking at pictures, I've had them for a while so don't have a link but if you go on Amazon and just get the biggest size you see with good reviews you should be good
@@ThePESpecialist Thanks you're the best!!
How about not blurring out game so we can see it being played.
Would be great, but won't be putting kids on my channel 🤷🏻♂
