I recognise that teacake packaging - they're Tunnocks Tea Cakes! Agree, they're absolutely delicious. Been going for generations, a Scottish family created them. Loved the video as always ❤
I thought I also recognised the packaging. Takes me back to childhood but they are still available in the U.K. @mits let me know if you want me to send you a packet in appreciation for your lovely fun videos 🤗
@@MyLifeMits I spend the holidays by myself and still eat too much!! 🤣. Oh well, ‘tis the season, have a wonderful fun festive holiday with your lovely family and we can be conscious of our eating habits after the new year celebrations ☺️🎊 thanks again for all your hard work and beautiful videos 🫶
Thank you for this beautiful and relaxing video 😊 Hope you are all feeling better! And yes, please do an August flip through! You know I always enjoy seeing your kiddos drawings popping right and left in the Hobonichi 😊
I always use your videos to motivate myself to actually sit and do some creative journaling. It’s so easy to just have you talking through what you do while I do my thing and feel in good company :) thank you so much for your journal with me videos!
Oh hey Mits, nice to see ya! Hope you are all well. Its such a treat when you post up longer videos. And I really enjoyed the journal-a-long and daily life catch up, thank you! Oh yes please for August flip through
Love your tea ceremony share ❤ Right now, my daughter is still too young but here we can schedule a British afternoon tea with her friends and each of them brings a doll and the table is set for both the child and their doll 🥰
Hi Mits. It's fun seeing you freely enjoy adding bits and bobs to your lovely life documented journals. 🥰Seeing how your children's additions have evolved over the years is so nice. Do they have their own journals yet? Or do they just love adding to yours? That matcha tea day looked like fun and I love that you were not intimidated to buy the special bowl. The one used looked perfect for young ones to learn with. The treats turned out so nicely. Well done to your daughter. Blessing and be well. ~ Suzanne 🤗💞🙏
Hi Suzanne! My son had his own journal for a bit, but stopped using it as he is really into origami right now lol My daughter enjoys flipping through my journal and helps with filling in empty spots ;) Happy holidays!
It’s Friday afternoon for me. Watched half of the vid. Fixed dinner, still Thanks Giving leftovers. Now second part, thanks Mits. It’s fun to see different culture & your activities 💚🖌️🖍️📚
Hi Mits!! I've been silently following for a long time (9 years?) and am finally commenting on a video! I wanted to get a Hobonichi ever since I saw your videos and got into them recently in 2020! I find a small Weeks works best for me (even then it gets chunky) and I love to watch your videos while I journal! 😊 Much of my bulk comes from images I print out from my printer too. I read their longevity can reach 100+ years surprisingly, depending on ink type and the quality of paper.
Wow really , eh? wow Thank you for that valuable information!! I am glad to read that it is ok to print these photos :) Thank you so very much for your long time support, it is really mind blowing when I look back at the years lol
Always so inspired by your calendar spreads even though I neither have the design sense nor the amount of interesting things in my daily activities to journal about!
Lovely pages! I was admiring everything on your desk. I hope to travel to Japan one day just for all the wonderful stationery you have there. I would enjoy seeing an August flip thru💕
I love these videos - so relaxing and I really enjoy hearing little snippets about life in Japan. I recently visited for the first time, and cannot wait to return!😃 Also: OMG Tunnocks Tea CakesI I LOVE them; I have one of the foil wrappers in the clear cover of my journal!😆
Thank you for the video 😊 it was really fun to watch you doodle & see the little video clips at the end! The onigiri design wagashi was so cute!🍵now I want some matcha😆 I’d love to see August flip through, & hope you’re feeling better!💛
Hello Mits 😊 I’ve been watching for years and am finally commenting lol. You are such an inspiration for my journaling. Thank you for all the joy you share with your videos. I also made a purchase from your shop for the first time and very happy to get so many beautiful stamps and washi. 💕 Also got some of Erin Wares printables 💌 I feel no shame in my fan girling (new word) lol
Thank you for the video 😊 I always enjoy listening while journaling/common-placing. My style is quite different from yours, so it's nice to get inspiration from what you do! Also, the bowl for tea ceremony is indeed called 茶碗 (ちゃわん/chawan) and the whisk thingy is called 茶筅 (ちゃせん/chasen). 🍵
Hi Mits! Just wanted to thank you for sharing these journaling moments--I find them very relaxing and inspiring as a rookie journaler. :) BTW, how's the print quality of the new Inspic? Been wanting to purchase one for memory keeping...
Hello! It is ok, but I do not have any other ones to compare it to, unfortunately. For my purpose of having a handy on-the-go printer, I think it does a decent job :) Thank you for watching!
Hi hi! They are reaaaaaly old ones from the dollar store, but the handle part is a bit broken. My kiddos use them often and they usually sit on the desk ;)
