    For anyone watching the video now, just get the ball lock kegs rather than pin lock. You can replace the fittings and dont need to put holes in anything.

    Ur the man! I wanted 1 of these for the same purpose but without the ridiculous cost! Found a used 1 for 33 bucks on Amazon and with the hose and fittings came out to under 70 bucks!

    The hole for the Schrader valve needs to be big enough so the first part of the rubber goes through the hole. The larger diameter part will seat against the plate. When you tighten the nut the rubber will expand in the hole and seal as intended. Better to adapt directly to the pin lock, again, as intended.

    Haha im Window tinter and we get off on stuff like that . When he pulled it out of the box .. hey 70 psi . Is fine . You dont want to go up to 130 psi ever .i got 3

    Tip I figured out. Wrap your threads with Teflon and get a mesh filter

      @@Area559Duh nope good to go, only thing I did was take a plug off so I could attach my hose to it, but they give you everything. Soon as you get it, switch the plug which they give you and BOOM..Good to go

    Great video but you might consider adding a pressure gauge. The relief valve ‘should’ protect you, but it might not.

    I bough the adjustable brass tip and the blow gun and try to use a 1/4 to 1/4 brass niple From Home Depot but the treads are different. where did you buy yours?

      elamigotek yes is different tread I just force mine in since I not going to be taking it off. If you do be carful no to brake the gun and use some tread lock or something to seal it so it won’t leak on you.

      I found an adapter to fit mine at ace hardware. Took my stuff there and kept playing until I found one to work for me. 1/4 MIP to 1/4MIP.

      I bought mine from chapin, found one at ace. The problem is that it won't fit the teejet filter if you want one. Look at teejet tips if you want to use a filter. They are a little bit more, $15$-$30. The chapin was about $8

    Hi, why did you add the schrader valve? Could you not find a way to add a coupler or inject air directly through the existing valve? I want to build one too.

      The Schrader valve makes it easier to fill up since most people with a compressor has the adapter. Also, I use a battery pack in my trailer to power my plotter, it comes with jumpers and an air compressor that I don't need an adapter for using the Schrader valve.

      jose quiroz I haven’t use any of the ones they sale. I have made 3 tanks already and they are a game changer. The pressure that it hold is great. I do recommend using a different sprayer not the air gun I used. Get one that you can add a filter in it. If you are tinting windows.

      I'm using 1/4 and it has plenty of flow. Less bulky also. You can use 3/8 if you wanted to but the fittings work better dealing with 1/4. I just used an old blow gun i had lying around.

    You can get a better setup than this for under 200, without all the work, and not use sketchy pin lock connections. We sell complete sprayer setups ready to go for under 200 bucks using a used tank, and our lifetime hose assembly with brass trigger and filter

      Also, the trigger you are using has steel components and is going to rust. The ball swivel you used will also fail.

    Cracks me up how you guys think you are "saving money" to spend all this time working on building a keg. Do you not value your time? Tinters make 80+ per hour. That's $1.34 x 30 minutes = $40, and you will likely spend way more than 30 minutes to do all this

      Not trying to beat anybody down at all brother. In fact, I have personally spent over 20k on parts for these sprayers, only for the purpose of making this easy... instead of having to go to homebrew store, home depot, and a parts store, you can go to one place. That's it. Haven't suggested anything but for guys to save some time, and if they need the CORRECT parts for building, we have those too

      I agree with you J.
      I did everything myself and I’m still having to upgrade hoses, sprayers, valves.
      I should of spent the extra $100 and just bought it all said and done.
      The benefit is that I know my keg inside and out now. When my business gets bigger I plan on buying them all done and shipped to my doorstep.
