I really wanna see this what-if scenario to reach all the way into the Superhero Saga.

In Babidi saga you could introduce another mini 'civil war' when we realize that a good amount of the Viltrumites were still stuck in the old ways of planet conquering and Vegeta's bloodlust would inspire them. And Babidi would easily influence them all and cause a war between Team Goku and Team Vegeta, and gather all the energy it generates! Eventually they'd finally settle their differences and take Buu down together.
And since Viltrumites never really had Ki in general, it begs the question of what if they infuse it on someone now that they have it. Similar to SSG, maybe Goku could get his own Viltrumite transformation through this! Like, 'Apex Viltrumite' or something.. 😅

That’s a smart way to make Buu a much more imposing villain! I’m about halve way through it right now, and have kinda hoped for more viltrumite involvement from the start! Alongside that, if Goku is going to be half-viltrum why not make Raditz halve viltrum as well! I think it’d be interesting to have Raditz either the strongest Sayain or have him in the Viltrum empire!
(Also I don’t think that Sayains and Viltrums could realistically be at war cause of the power difference and the use of Ki so maybe Cooler could actually be the leader of Viltrum and have a real Galaxy civil war going on)

Do you really think that would be even the slightest bit interesting? Considering that they are so powerful there isn't anything I can think of that can even hurt them.

like combine celestial Sapien nigh omnipotent powers with Goku's ultra instinct combine into powerful being of pure divine strength I would call it nigh omnipotent instinct it is the ultimate fusion power of a celestial Sapien and a Saiyan DNA combine

Here's another scenario I'd love to be based heavily on this: "What if ALL Saiyans were like Viltrumites?", meaning ALL 6th and 7th universe Saiyans also have ALL Viltrumite powers, abilities, and genetic traits stacked on top of and combined with their own usual set of Saiyan Superpowers, Abilities and Genetic Traits.
A what if like that would go hard

I finally found someone who thought something similar to me. I'm not good at creating stories, but I had some ideas about this topic. Instead of just being Goku, half Saiyan, half Viltrumite, I thought there could be more characters like that to make the story more interesting. Here are some ideas: Bardock x Anissa = Turles and Goku King Vegeta x Thula = Vegeta and Table (making him more important in the story) Nola x Gine = Raditz (I know many won't like it, but it was the only way for Nolan to have a child with a Saiyan in my idea and Raditz still exists in the story, so I put Turles as Goku's brother because they look alike and so as not to miss the plot of the protagonist's brother) Paragus x Random Viltrumite = Broly Nappa (pure Sayain or perhaps son of Conquest) Thragg, in his quest to increase the numbers of his troops and also the strength of his soldiers, would find in the inferior race of Saiyans (in his eyes) an innate potential, as they are compatible species. Afraid of Frieza's threat, King Cold and his army. Thragg would order some of his best and strongest soldiers to breed with some Saiyans. But when Frieza discovered this, he eliminated both the Viltrumites and the Saiyans, leaving few of both races and the hybrids that the story will revolve around.
what if Goku was born with super Saiyan infinity.
And a crazy what if would be what if goku was half vampire half saiyan like blade but stronger ofc !! Would love to see that I m sure we can a way to make it happen maybe in planet vegeta one vampire bites gine while she was pregnant and died when goku was born. And as frieza was worried of the threat of vampires turning saiyan he blows up the planet killing all of them and only goku would remain and will be raised by grandpa gohan who will help control his thirst
