I often wondered what Jesus meant when he said "we play the flute..." I couldn't tell from the context and foolishly thought it was about staying unspotted from the world. Not dancing to the beat of the world. But I couldn't tie that into the rest of the texts. Thank you for your clear understanding.
This was such a blessing to me. He answered so many questions I had on this particular passage. I just need to remember that many times it's the message that many have a problem with and to try and keep my emotions out of the way and have patience with those I am trying to deliver the message.
