I do love the way you paint. Simplistic and full of beauty. I can just picture myself standing on that point with my fly rod hoping that a trout bites. Thank you for bringing a wonderful memories back to me Steven.

Beautiful mixture of paints for the sky Steven and a pale grey mountain in the distance. Some dark trees on left hand side and big dark ones on the right side with reflections. Nice colors of sky reflect beautifully on sea. Some more yellow and brown bushes as foreground. A clean brush over dark bushes for a lighter tone and some grasses over. The white area in sky which reflects on sea adds lot of beauty to this already lovely scene. I thank you Steven for this lovely video as well as wonderful teachings and demos and our little friend in the distance.

Nice pastel colors for the sky with some blue and grey ones. A small grey mountain in the distance with a few dark trees on left hand side. There are some big trees starting in middle of page going on right hand side. A few tiny rocks at bottom of trees and a land right after. Some light brown and dark brown bushes form a large foreground with lots of grasses. This is a lovely scene Steven and I thank you for sharing always. By the way, this morning, while in the car with my sister, I looked at the sky and saw some clouds just like the ones you sometimes draw. I was impressed.

The sky changes each time we look at it which makes it interesting each time we paint it. Thanks for watching and happy painting!

Beautiful colors for the sky and a small pale blue mountain in the distance and small dark trees in front. Small trees on left hand side and a big dark one on the right hand side with lot of small rocks at bottom as well as their reflections. The colors of sky reflect beautifully on the sea. For foreground lot of yellow and dark green bushes. Today our friend, the little figure is fishing which creates movement. I notice now that the distant mountain has a bit of snow on its top which is a nice view and at the same time an interesting demo. I thank you Steven for always sharing your wonderful teachings and interesting demos.

I'm glad you didn't paint over the rocks. They are arguably more a focal point than the fisherman.
Maybe you could do a "scraping" tutorial some time. You do it so quickly and naturally, it's hard to pick up the technique.

And my brother wonders why I am a complete slob. Did you see this guy's palette? :)

+Martyrd ForJesus I haven't cleaned that palette for 10 years and wouldn't have it any other way! Thanks for watching and best wishes
