- It doesn’t matter where you go exploring there is always an element of fear! Sometimes of being caught, sometimes for things that go Bump in the night! And sometimes because you’ve forgotten the baby wipes and you’re desperate for the toilet! However, on this occasion, I feared for my life in this abandoned building! The dog was barking, there was a banging downstairs! Noises and whispers! Enough to give you a heart attack!

That was extremely bizarre how there appeared to be a sofa down in the basement of the other building with the organ! Strange place for a lounge!!

When you and Bear went down stairs to take a look around, I noticed you didn't look to make sure that those knives were still on the stool. Matthew please be careful when you go into country cottages where personal belongings of dead relatives are.
Matt you are feeding Bears reactions remember Bear is an extension of you and you can't be threatening people with Bear biting them anybody else coming into the building has the same right as yourself.Matt & Bear stay safe.
A cute cottage stuck in time but There was something ghostly in that house...When you were upstairs, the ghost was downstairs....Bear could see and hear something in those rooms.. There may be several deceased family members in that house with you .. Creepy vibe about the place... Great adventure into the Dark side....

It’s weird it’s very tidy and clean! Where’s the spider webs and dust? I did see any mold or rotting areas even the rugs look cleanish. It’s like someone comes and dust the place every few months.

The dog does not do scared! Love bear what a star he is. You could try singing to whoever maybe there if your so scared, Lionel Richey IS it ME your looking FOR. And no doubt they will be gassed out by the end of it all. lol This was probably a nice Cosy little place for someone at one point in time.
The last bit looks like the old bothy Farm hands (workers) shepherd's use to live in them during their time working the land for the owners not in bad condition either.
Not gonna lie, there is no way that that space could be 'cozy'. It had an unsettling vibe to it. It gave me the heebies. 🤢
I got a kick out of the Cornish book. If you approach the writing like it was written by a 5 year old who can't spell it's actually easy to read. I will forever see "angel" as "hanjall" now!🙃

There’s something about being alone. If you have someone with you it’s far less scary than being alone.
I always am concerned when any explorers go alone. I just don't get it. I love these guys and want them to explore safely.

I've just watched a video from GHOST THEORY and they experiences some freaky paranormal activity here. You must watch it Matt because the ying/yang ball you held, rolled towards them. I'll post the link. I'm just sharing the link to this video with them!
Yes it did roll towards them and I don't know how many noticed later in their video that ball was no where to be seen and the carpet with hello on it was turned.

I too remember this house on Ghost theory....all those weird sounds you were hearing, aside from the "sounds" you were making...lol....were probably the old tenants that NEVER left...🙄😳🥺
In the one room upstairs.... the thing that you won't even tell us about...was it perhaps that you felt as if someone or something touched you?....OR....did someone or something breath on your neck or somewhere else???

The Ghost Theory guys did a video of this same house a few months ago, and it was creepy AF. They captured quite a lot of possible paranormal activity, and it was really interesting to compare Matt's experiences with theirs. Very spooky location.

I think it was dropped on Bear 'a back and it scared him so bad. Because that's when Bear starts growling. Matt is so scared and he's upset at Bear but Bear can't tell him what just happened. 😮

Bear has had those tremors for quite some time now. It's not new for him to shake like that and it happens in situations that aren't tense as well.
I love that fireplace!! Oh, I love the stained glass windows in that other place that was kind of right outside from that window. An abandoned home like that can be very scary. That place was more like a storage area. It looked like it had a few god things knocking about. Honestly Matt, I really enjoyed this explore! Love Your #1 Fan of the USA, Betty

That was a tense one,i think what doesn't comes across in these videos is because the room you're is well lit by your torch,we forget that the rest of the building is in total darkness,so any noise would be terrifying...well for me anyway, I'd have had that poker thing off the back that door and been swinging like a good un😅

I can’t believe you stayed as long as you did in this place! Ugg. It was so creepy and the odd noises and the way the dog was acting! Omg! I would totally trust my dog - they can see things that we can’t. Oh Lord - you scared me so bad when you came downstairs and said “don’t try anything silly”.

Definitely an on edge explore....keys still hanging up in the kitchen and not many cobwebs makes it seem like someone's been living there recently 🤨. Darling Bear is such a sweetheart...if someone was there and he had them, well it'd be their own fault. That made up bed gave me the heebie-jeebies !!

That Nokia cell phone that you found was from the 90's! It's very similar to the one I had back then and mine was also a Nokia and cell phones were just starting to become popular with people other than having one just for emergencies if you drove. I'd say approximately mid 1990's (93-95).

I think the house feels creepy because of the wood beams, low ceilings and exposed stone. Have you noticed no ones been there for 4 years and there is no dust on anything? THATS creepy.

Sorry you didn't like this one Matt. But it was creepy and scary and exiting for us! At 19.41 you can see something flying from top of stairs down. A bat maybe? Also I think it was scary because it all looked reasonably clean and tidy, as if someone could still be living there..

Dont know of im being daft but at the beginning there was what looked like a scotch pancake on kitchen floor, looked fresh to me, no mould.

Matt, by the fireplace that spikey bit to jab Bear in the back is a mole trap. The trap is placed over the mole run and set. When the mole runs through the tunnel again,
he releases the trigger and it spears him.

Hiya Matt that jangling ball was a Chinese meditation ball. They usually come in pairs. You're supposed to be able to move them, usually on just one hand and without creating sound

It's probably haunted based on the age of it. I heard a few random noises. Maybe there's some sort of animal making the noises. I don't think so tho cause Bear would. Yes a travel clock. Those pillows r nasty. I think for sure squatters have been there because of the placement of f those knives.
That Nokia phone is from 1992-1994 and is an analogue mobile.
