I have to admit, I really thought the police were corrupt, or something crazy was going on (Supernatural/Men In Black style), since it seemed like they were covering for the killer. They did seem to be covering up two murders, and the detective at first didn’t seem all that cooperative, but, it turns out they were just normal people. The other police had pretty bad judgement, and the detective had been hardened after (presumably) years of dealing either horrific things. No “seemingly crazy guy was right,” no “his sister was actually some horrific creature and the ‘murdered’ was trying to save people,” just a completely possible, realistic story… Which makes it _far_ scarier, since it means it could easily happen.
He just came up with a theory, and was probably so angry and was so full of adrenaline that he probably was thinking straight, which at his lack of plan when he arrived where luca was at.
That's fantastic!!! I can't imagine my life without my brother. We're the only 2 kids our parents had. We're so close that after I graduated college I moved to the same town he did after he graduated high school.

This is exactly why mental health is so important, and why the people who suffer from any conditions should be cared for and not looked down upon or labeled. What he did was terrible, and wrong, but to think that if his mother actually treated him at least like a normal human being, it may have never have had to happen... Great story and narration, I hope we can all take this message to heart before judging others that we can't understand.
Already commented, but I love the occasional well done, down-to-earth realistic story like this. The confrontation in the Monkey exhibit reminds me a lot of the Batman game trilogy gameplay-the protag was surprisingly level headed despite his inner turmoil, which is always awesome :)
I enjoyed the story. A little cliche, even down to the kind of uncomfortable way people often make their villains have mental illness (or they just make them have no reason, it's rarely anything in between those two options) as it kinda associates us with being dangerous or whatever, but I don't blame you or the writer, I blame the fact that crime drama stories are so saturated with that stereotype. Aside from that, it was actually pretty good. I thought the whole monkey thing was a bit random at first, and wasn't pleased with that turn, but it did try to link it back to having a core reason, which I appreciated and overall made it feel linear and put together, but also detailed, without seeming really out of place. 9.5 out of 10, for the story's structure and general quality, but a 10 out of 10 in being both a good creepypasta without a paranormal concept, as well as a feelspasta towards the end lmao. Def one of the better stories I've heard, and I'll probs return to it and relisten in the future lol.
I could swear that there was going to be some sort of dark plot twist like Luca was really the one who killed the first sister when McLaren said she is broken and wanted to fix her and the fact that she knew how exactly her sibling died, but I think that is just wishful thinking.
When he said that someone was bringing teeth into his apartment the first thing I thought was “Ah yes the cat mugged his landlord and brought them in” and when the story got to the part where they mentioned animal hair I was laughing hysterically

I know it's a fiction story but what bothers me is the fact that we don't know if their sister died violently or was killed quickly then had her body mutilated. She didn't do anything to him or insult him in anyway and he was trying to “help” them. From what I could take a guess at from the story is he violently killed his mother bc she was cruel to him
Unfortunately this happens too often. Something bad should bring people closer together and instead it pushes them apart. Bad but sweet story. Good ending.

I got hooked in by the human teeth in the title and it ended up being a wholesome story where siblings reunited and got closure, great job on bringing this story to life.
There are a bajillion (that is too a real number !) Creepypastas out there and I couldn't even venture a guess the percentage of them I've heard. But this one did something simple and unheard of. In every one I've heard there are no shades of grey to the monsters the narrators confront. While many have a weakness for talking too much (says me of all people) their evil is sheer black without any explanation as to why even really being necessary. In this story you gave us something new - a pitiful monster. While I obviously didn't wish him glowing success and happy days it was impossible not to feel pity for him. This monster wasn't hatched. He was made by someone far more monstrous than him. I didn't feel any triumph when it was over. Just sadness at the waste of someone who deserved better. Every abused child does and his schizophrenia made it even more painful. The author showed genuine empathy for this eternally lost soul and your portrayal of him doubled the effectiveness of the whole thing. I guess what I'm trying to say in a nutshell is I really loved this story.

Well you made my sister mad S..... I'm finishing this about 11:30 pm.... So it was even later as she lives on the east coast. I couldn't put the phone away until I got thru and oddly told her I love you. While she was sleepy and confused, I could tell she smiled. A great story always makes you reflect on your own life. Good excuse to bring people together. This is a shining example of what makes you so good. You're able to take me from wherever and whatever is going on in my life, and almost magically, take me to another place I didn't know I wanted to visit. I really hope your channel excludes sooner than later. Even if it's the latter, just know you've earned it. It's always my pleasure to have you lead us down various paths on a nightly basis. As I'm just one man, just know you're making a difference in people's lives. You can't truly quantify the joy and escape you provide people. This time we're going thru in one way or another is just a chance to highlight those few who's main goal is to make other's lives better in some way. You or some may disagree but it's the same as watching a movie with your favorite actors to just get away even for a moment. Just because we don't see your face doesn't lessen your impact. question though. if the killer killed the first sister becuase he mistook her for the otherone, and he knew later that he had gotten "the wrong one" then what made luka the "right one" what quality did she have that made her a better cantidate to see beyond the veil, could he have suceeded with thte first sister and she would have under stood himas well?

Really good narration! Not a fan of the story, though. The problem with horror/thriller stories is that the characters have to be at least reasonably competent for things to make sense. So when the brother managed to figure out where the killer was after a 5 minute conversation, while the police couldn’t even determine the type of animal hair it was after a 10 year investigation, it’s hard to stay invested. Also, who goes to confront a crazed killer without even bringing so much as a baseball bat with them? I know it’s nitpicking, but at least for me, those are the kinds of details that separate good thrillers from bad. Side note: They mentioned that the killer got the wrong sister and that was why he was sorry...did they ever say why he specifically wanted Luca?
That was a pretty damn good story, and an excellent oral rendering, as well. To anyone wondering if this story is worth your time, I would say 'absolutely, ' but don't miss the end!
