He wants to try new styles in music and go more "trendy", and that woldnt fit the identity of Drunken Tiger anymore, so from now one he will be just Tiger JK. That's why the album is called "X: Rebirth of Tiger JK", he's putting the name Drunken Tiger to rest, not his carreer. It's not the end just a new beginning for him :)

But shows like Show Me the Money you have the Major Big Name rappers as producers, mentoring and helping new rappers try and reach their potential. I am not keen on rap but have to admit this is one of my favourite shows.

2 in Korean in pronounced 'ee' so Dok2 is said like Doke-ee. He's one of the hottest rappers in Korea at the moment. Tiger JK, the last rapper with reggae flow, is one of the God fathers of hip hop in Korea as he's one of the ones who helped bring it there 20+ years ago.
You should check out *MFBTY- bukku bukku* (the last two rappers are in this group with Yoon Mirae/Tasha, one of the most respected (female) rapper who is also Tiger JK’s wife.) The song features many others including BTS’ RM and is sadly not as popular as their other songs but it’s a slap 👌🏼
It may sound like Drunken Tiger was inspired by Raggae but its not. Very similar but he is rapping with the voice and melodic flow of old traditional Korean songs.

There participating very new and well known underground rappers. There are manym many awesome rappers, but for now i just mention 2 of them: Woo Wonjae - Shinza (ft. YDG and Suran). He is new rapper, he took 3rd place and now he is in Jay park's company (AOMG). Bewhy - Forever. He is well known rapper and his flow is insane, lyrics amazing, he took 1st place. There were idols rappers too, in season3 Bobby from Ikon took 1st place, in season4 - Mino from Winner took 2nd place. (Mino just dropped new MV Fiance, really dope)
U should check out some of the performances by the contestants on the show like the red sun performance They were the producer line up for season 6 of the show Season 7 came out this year Its bacically a rap survival show where the people still standing at the end get a reward and are signed to a label I believe the show started back in 2013
