I am not the author of this video. See link in video description for details on the algorithm. Specifically I'm not aware of any shrink wrapped program to create the graphics in this video, I suspect they custom built something using OpenGL or DirectX.
Does anyone know if the algorithm been implemented on the GPU yet? i.e. The 2005 whitepaper mentioned "In the future, we plan to fully implement our algorithm on GPU"
