In Mexico we have a phrase that translates into English would be: "What elegance, that of France" applies very much to this elegant and exclusive restaurant. And you are very well prepared for the occasion... These dishes look delicious and very presentable and it's great that almost all of their ingredients come from their crop in the nearby garden. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place in Napa!
Nice. I have heard of this venue, for obvious reasons. We enjoy a nice upscale dining experience from time to time, but, this may be a bit "over the top" for us 😂
Hi Stella, I believe it opens up the 1st on odd numbered months for the next 60 day window (Jan, March, May...). We got in on St Patricks day which may translate to picking a day that others are not thinking of fine dining. Our group was 5 and what I read is that groups of 2 are harder to book. Weekdays are kind of obviously better than weekends but weekends have lunch option which could be a way in. I believe they have different times and perhaps the earlier time rather than the later times. are easier? The private dining rooms require 8 people and cost a bit more but were available the night we were there. Good luck its worth it.
