I think this new format fits more with bigger more advanced projects but also quite like the old style with more history. Or mayby that you do a part 1 with a bit more explaining and detail and a second part like the older vids.
I'm trying something a little different. I find shorter videos are making things seem a bit rushed and I wanted to slow things down for a build or two. While this waits for resin for building I've gone back to the Sea King to do the interior. That sort of project can take a while
That is completely understandable, i just really like learning about the aircraft and get new tips for modeling. There is probably a way to fit some history in the new format.
Considering sprue goo: just remember that it shrinks by the amount of solvent content, which is considerable, and does that for a long time. So apply generously, and allow ample drying time before sanding back.
Since the Tempy would, if out of ammo, use it's wing to tip the V-1's to send it out of control {early models} would it be possible to run the wires through the V-1 and stash the battery in the engine housing of the V-1?
What if you just install the battery compartment into the base you plan for this aircraft, then route the wires to the plane trough the stand or rod? Thinking to build something like this in the future and this idea came into my mind first.
@@TheModelGuy Yep, it's indispensable for me. I've relied a little too much on it at times I think. I use it for a stronger bond between large parts sometimes as well. It is like my little welding bead. Watch that stuff when you make it out of clear canopy styrene. That stuff is very hard.

The wings on the V-1 model are solid and the engine housing too narrow.

That is plan b. Now I'm just sourcing some thin hollow rods that will take the weight of the models
