Zero Turn Mower with a 12 FOOT DECK and DRIVES 17 MPH

- Toro has a zero turn mower with a 12 foot deck. That's right. It is a 144" inch grass eating monster that goes 17 miles per hour. I got the chance to ride it at the Toro headquarters and it was really cool. I wanted to see how fast it would go so I decided to put it to the floor to feel what 17 mph feels like on a zero turn. It has bat wings on the outside. It handles very similar to a smaller "normal" zero turn mower. I could see this being a great machine for sports turf.

Nice mower..I have 8.5 acres and use a Scag Tiger Cat II.. does a nice job. Paid $12,900. I like the big mower, unfortunately outside my lawn care budget.
That's a big mower. I could've used the heck out of that last year with the larger properties I did, but man it sure is expensive

Hmmm, Toro finally got around to competing with the Hustler 4600 Range Wing that was built in the 90's....
Lots of very cool technology. I'm anxious to see how many TH-camrs switch to the battery powered commercial mowers next year. I love the idea of the battery powered grand stand...
They suck. Nobody want anything powered by electric.

Husband: I'm going to go mow the yard
Wife : ok
Wife : I thought you said you were going to go mow the yard?
Husband : I did!
Wife : it's only been 5 minutes since you said you were going to go mow!
Husband: 12 feet of cutting width 🤣
And it's not that fast. A Hustler Super Z Hyperdrive will mow well at 16 mph, not just transport. I believe mowing speed on the Toro is 10.
