Hey ! Currently I was temp unfit however i received fit to join now so in medical 2 will they check again as my hb was low at that time & now it's fine so will they check again???
You will have to take the test again and submit it until you get fit to fly. Fit to join means you can join the training at the end you will be asked for fit to fly mail.

No, i guess max age to apply for domestic Airways in India is 31 such as Air India and Vistar but not in Indigo and Spicejet and for Qatar international airways is 32.

12th certificate is a mandatory document, you can go for an interview but after selection, you will have to submit the certificate.
