I grew up in Chorley in the late 1970's - I went to Parklands High School. I think it's more pedestrianised than in my day ! I had one or two Saturday jobs back then - one was at Boydell Toys on Bolton Street, the other was at the White Hart Hotel as a waiter. Are they both still in existence ?
