This CHOWAN River GIANT bass broke the drag on my reel!

Elite 70 tournament down on the CHOWAN RIVER! What a great time with a good buddy ‪@SBFishing‬ . We ended up 15th out of 70 some boats. For the both of us, it was the first time ever fishing down on the river and we found a good bite on some trees. A We had about a 3-4 hour lull during the day and as you saw we lost a very good fish that would have made us a lot of money but that's just how fishing goes! We ended up sacking up a bag of 16lbs with a clutch catch by Matt at the end. Caught most of our fish on the #rapala Bronco bug and cleanup crawl. Also some on the #yamamoto senko!
