you're doing a good thing starting with video like this that gives you a lot of input. Try to get as much input as you can and then slowly move on to Grammar, but don't get stuck there, just search some grammar explanations as soon as some questions arise. Listen more, use Slow Russian videos, Daria has many good SR videos, good luck! And in the moments of being discouraged just look back at yourself a week ago or two and notice that today you know more than back then!
