Awesome upgrade, wish I had something like this as a kid. When you started filling up those red and green lids with bolts I could definitely tell this was a big project. Great job man i love the rubber mulch idea🤙🏼🤙🏼

Dude… yeah there was literally like hundreds of screws, bolts, lags, etc. and yeah huge undertaking but it was really cool to see it come together.

Great video, looking forward to building my own in a few weeks. How is it holding up after a year?

Hi Sean, good for the most part. My kids still play on it multiple times a week which I appreciate. the only thing to watch out for is the wood, it’s a bit soft. So anytime I’m weed whacking if I hit it there’s a chance I will mess up some of the wood so I try to be careful of that.

Can I please get your review after having it for a month?

Hi Lorraine, so it has been about a month and the girls love it. We have actually found that they don't play on it as much as we would like them to, but I think that will be a case by case basis for the child. They did tell me they love the slide and the swings. The swings and the metal mechanism which holds it up is very nice quality. I do really like how organized everything was and the wood that they send you is good, not great. If you found some plans online and were willing to build something from scratch (you buy your own screws and wood), you could probably get better quality wood. But we did not want to go that route. The premade stuff worked better in our situation.
Over all I would say it is good quality for the money. I think it is perfect for kids up to 9-10 years old. But it is definitely a big commitment, in regards to the money. Our previous set for them cost around $250, so this was a well worth it upgrade for us.
