so ashwagonda takes a while to start noticing a difference. it’s mostly for anxiety and moods so your body uses it there first. as well as it’s not going to help your hair that’s already grown out. in order to notice a difference you have to take them for a while abd let your hair grow out. it wasn’t until a year into taking them that i noticed a difference. no hate, i’m just a hairstylist and figured i’d explain how those vitamins work:)

I’m going to be living alone after living with my boyfriend for a couple years. I’ve been with him for 7 years. But I’m getting an apartment by myself. We aren’t breaking up, as of now, we are just seeing how things go being separate. Probably makes no sense for some but I know we need this. We will just see what happens. Eat good, gym, work, save money, that’s what my goal is living by myself. Watching this video has made me so excited for my life lmao

You should get one of those bougie cat litter boxes that looks like a UFO and after the cat shats (and leaves), it will rotate and clean it automatically.
When i started taking probiotics it took like 4 months for me to stop feeling bloated and gassy but now i feel sm better and skinnier😝so just stick with it💪🏼

I think she said its because of spironalactone. I hope she realizes that acne isn’t the worst thing out there and stops treating it with harsh medicine. I know how hard it can be (I suffered from acne for 6 years) but taking medicine such as Isotretinoine and spironalactone can cause severe damage to your body and skin barrier. I used cremes from my dermatologist for years and although they helped I had the reddest and most sensitive skin afterwards. It was worse then acne itself sometimes. So I slowly started to switch to “normal” products from the ordinary and even though the pimples got worse at first my skin looked normal again and not burned and dry. And after a while even my pimples went away! And even if they stayed it wouldn’t be the end of the world as long as my body is healthy! ☺️
