I worked at a McDonald's and was the maintenance man there and that was the one machine I hated cleaning but afterwards it made the great frappes, thank you for the videos they bring back great memories of my store.

Probably relatively easy for them to come out with a new sauce in a bottle. A little harder to retool a whipped cream factory perhaps? (Or, not any reason to change the existing product.) I suppose they could just slap a label on the metal Reddi Whip container?

i was lucky enough to only ever be in the grill or as the porter. I wanted nothing to do with drinks, the register and the unruly patrons onf MCDs. the upfront people ar ethe true heros of MCDs. I only ever replaced the bags or stocked them up if they needed stuff.
If there was enough slots for liquid product, you might be able to have two of them in there, and require that the last or first person on shift do the changing if it's below a certain level. That way, it would never run out during a lunch rush. (Similar to how the shelf system can have multiple of one product.)
You could buy one from WelBilt. But prepare to pay several thousand dollars, and no idea where you'd get liquid bags for flavors. (I'm sure you could actually make it happen though, for the right price.)
