    That's why you have to dig almost everything.
    100% discrimination is the spade. If in doubt dig it.
    One thing I have noticed with the Equinox 800 and 900 is musket balls sometimes give very poor signals for some reason.
    Maybe it's the shape and how the eddy currents are generated.
    Very interesting getting the engineers views though.

      We do too! sometimes the crappest find have banging signals!!

    The audio is really bad. You need to set both microphones to Right and Left. If you have them set to only one side, it is painful to listen to with headphones.

    For some reason, my Manticore is ringing up every target about 10 vdi points higher than it should across the board. It's consistent right out of the box. I'm OK with it I suppose. Nickels 30-33. Silver dimes around 90-92, silver quarters 93-95. Any ideas why???
