at the start buy Mazda packs with SCoins (I asume you already played the first stage and collected some SCoins) when you have no more SCoins than you can trade Tokens for SCoins in the regular store... 1500 Tokens are enough for you to unlock Mazda. After you'll play some more Syndicate events (the harder ones) you'll gain more SCoins so you can than upgrade your Mazda :-P :-)
