I've just realised what this remix is absolutely perfect for. In the "The Fire Rises" HOI4 mod (set in an alternate modern day where COVID is much worse) a... certain faction... can take power in Germany after they lose to Russia, and then proceed to get revenge a few years later. Anyway, this remix feels perfect for that!
This sounds like what would play during an Axis victory mod as the US and the remaining Allied nations finally take down the Axis once and for all, sort of like the villains theme playing one last time

The iron cross was not used by germans. It was the Balkenkreuz. The iron cross was just a medal.
