Brooke pursued a guy she knew only had eyes for her best friend Peyton for years, and in the end one person always loses, but if they're a true friend they acknowledge what's in front of them and step aside. Never chase a guy who isn't chasing you.
I don't think he disregarded her feelings I think it was more so Layla was more aggressive/thirsty for spencer so she pushed herself on him...liv isnt aggressive she more passive but in the end he realized she was his true love..I mean let's be honest she always been there for him at all times ijs
