I camped at Boyd's back in 1980 for at least year and eventually worked at the campground. It was way more primitive back then. I got to get to know the original owners Elsie and Boyd and All the family that live and worked there. One day I'll be back to say hi and csmp.....I went on eventually to live in Oregon....and then 20 years on Maui.
That is awesome! What a great opportunity. We loved Boyd's Campground! It was probably even better back in 80'. We also loved Oregon and Maui too. Beautiful places to live I'm sure. Thank you for sharing.
That first bridge that goes to let Key Largo is crossing Card Sound. Next time, if you have time, take Card Sound Road back to the mainland and hit up Alabama Jacks!
What a great trip. Hope to do it in my truck camper someday. Would have liked some video of where you ate at least, what you ordered if great, would've been I nice tip, newby's
We hope to go down again one day. We only ate at the Hurricane Hole, all other days we made our own food at the Campground. But we're trying to remember to film everything more! Lol.

Ok cool, noted! For sure there will be a next time. Thanks
Amazing 👏
Looks like a fun trip. It's awesome you could have your own boat there.
Yeah it was an awesome place to bring your boat, we were on the boat every day. We really enjoyed our stay there.
