You are an amazing example of what happens when we transform our trials and difficulties into something good. If you had had a perfect skin and could eat anything you want, maybe (just maybe) we wouldn't watch your videos now and get inspired. Knowing what you went through with your skin and seeing people keep on commenting how amazing your skin looks like, gives me hope. I had terrible skin from the first day of puberty, random people would aproach me on the street and give advices on how to fix it, guys would leave me in the middle of the dance floor for having acne (under my foundation). After doing research, watching your videos, changing things my skin looks so much better. Thank you for motivation and inspiration. 😊💜
Lately you have become my favourite youtuber and I love your recent uploads...you are promoting self love, simplicity and i admire everything about you, because you also encourages us to become better versions of ourselves.Good vibes only! Lots of love!
My skin now looks really smooth, soft, supple, and glowing after applying this specific cellulite trick, at *CelluliteFact. Com* Try it if you wish to get some significant improvement. Hope you love it and achieve good results soon!!!!!!! Try it today!?
I love your tone when you’re speaking you’re not screaming like some others TH-camrs, its very informative and honest thank you for you always being enthusiastic and smiling I can see myself through you , Keep glowing beauty 🌹🌺⭐️💛
Some people do just have more naturally ‘matte’ skin. Mine is naturally shiny, even straight after washing before putting any moisturiser on so whilst I love it from the neck below, it’s super annoying for my face as it looks greasy! A tip that never fails exercise wise is to do some inversions in your yoga practice. By putting your head closer to your heart upside down, there’s going to be a flood of nutrients in your blood that reach your face and give you a glow after your session. Washing with colder water also helps if you can bare it.
I have been trying few activities in my life for 2 months and literally I love my routine I lossed 4kg, glowing skin, stress free, active. Here is my routine. 1. I getup early in the morning 5.30. 2. Firstly I perform 5 time pray a day. Its help to glowing skin and clean my heart i feel relex. 3. Do some cardio. 4. Eat healthy like fruits, soup, yogurt, grill fish, green vegetable, natural juices. Etc. 5. I avoid junk foods. 6. I play football cricket its increase my heartbeat. 7. I recite Holy Quran with translation. 8. Draw sketches. 9. I drink a lot of water. 8 to 10 glasses per day. 10. I research science progessing through the holy book. Thank you for reading. Ignore my weak English I'm not good at english. Have a wonderful day.
Great video. I do have a how question. How did you transition to eating so healthy? Was it difficult to stay away from dairy and other food? I know I definitely have to make a change in my diet because I’m having a lot of digestive issues , skin and just overall feel like crap. But I hate vegetables and love dairy? Is there a way that made it easier for you to change your diet?
When I first discovered about this cellulite trick *CelluliteFact. Com* I was truly baffled. I was busy so I thought why not. Right now,*CelluliteFact. Com* has significantly smoothed away all the unmistakable look of that ugly cellulite from my new, smooth skin. The smoothness and softness of my skin have improved. I adore it.
Your videos are always so informative. I just love your voice your personality and you in general. I wish you the best. Please keep doing vlogs or health related videos. You are so inspiring. Love you Annie you are amazing
Thank you Annie for this wonderful video. However, I have a couple of things to add, firstly about the consumption of water. Contrary to popular belief, water can be consumed in other forms rather than the just plain old bottle of water. In fact fruits like watermelon, grapefruit, cucumbers, bell peppers have high levels of water so having them is also considered part of our daily water consumption. Even drinking herbal tea is also a part of the water intake. Secondly, for milk. Although I have heard contradicting studies, some say to avoid milk as humans are the only mammals who consume the milk of other mammals (cow, goat), however, I have also read that milk is an important source of calcium. If you do not have any allergies or intolerances towards dairy, in moderation, it can be consumed.
I’ve been following you for quite some time now, and i have been really into your videos lately! I love the way you see things, take care of you body and your mind. You are definitely an inspiration to me and make me want to better myself and treat my body the way it should be treated! Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us Annie 🤗💕
Totally hear you on the dairy part. I am one of those people, love dairy but my body does not. I break out every time, usually around my jaw, below and above the jaw, cheeks. Certain foods will break me out more, example, stuffed cheese pizza, ice cream, etc lol. It’s also funny how my family can eat dairy with no problems but I am the one who suffers. My brother told me it’s cause I think about it so I break out, like no, lol. I literally have been eating clean again for over 10 days and my face is now clear, not flaky anymore, and smooth. So it’s dairy for sure
Annie, I am studying physical therapy, having an arch is NOT bad, it's normal and natural. Unless it hurts, there's no need in correcting it. A flat back IS NOT healthy, our spine needs to have natural curves because the weight is better distributed and the impacts are better absorbed (idk if it makes sense to you?). Pilates is good but not all pilates, clinical pilates is amazing, gym pilates is super harsh on the back. Hope you are well informed though :)
Holy wow.... this WHOLE time I just assumed you got high dollar spray tans or tanning bed. Your skin tone just looked to perfect to be natural! You are SO incredibly naturally beautiful. You go girl 🙌🏼
You saved my life with the pedicure tool. I’ve tried a bunch of other tools but none has worked like this one. It said to use it on dry skin for faster and more intense results and it worked like magic. Got rid of the calluses since the first use. Thanks 🙏🏻
I love your videos! You are my favorite from you tube! You always share great information but I also love your day to day videos like cleaning, whT I eat in a day etc. You are so positive and you have a glow that radiates positivness and happines! We love you Annie and Moh so keep your videos going!
Annie!!!!! I have been waiting for this video!!!! AMAZING. Thank you so very much for this video. Your makeup is on point! Thank you for linking your lipstick!!!!! Maybe you can do an updated makeup routine!!!! I LOVE your channel!
You mentioned you used to do waxing? Even though you don't do it anymore, could you share a waxing routine/ technique, and what waxing products you used? It would greatly help those who can't do laser.
Loveee this video! Would love for you to make a video/discuss in a vlog more about what your waxing routine was like prior to laser (i.e. how often would you go, maintenance in between sessions, etc.)
Love you, Annie. This might sound strange but could you maybe do a video on how you maintain your white clothes :) Thank you for your tips and for inspiring us to be better version of ourselves. :)
Thanks for putting in the effort, time and care to make these videos. Your most recent videos have been over 20 mins long, unlike many other youtubers who would put together much shorter videos on the same or similar topics. Thanks for taking the time to be so thorough!
❤️❤️❤️❤️ we all want a glowing beautiful skin like yours Annie. I love dry brushing and it’s effective and amazing. Sometimes I don’t put lotion on my body but this makes me wanna take care more of my skin. Thanks for the reminder Annie 😘
Our body naturally produces moisture to keep the temperature safe on the skin but sometimes it is best to apply topical products to sustain the moisture that was lost from harsh and alkaline body washes. xoxo much love :)
I have scoliosis I actually had back surgery when I was 11 my curvature was very bad and it was to the point where it was about to start affecting organs in my body so I had to have surgery within months and it was the most painful thing I've ever had to experience but I'm thankful I am here today because now I know so many people that also have scoliosis at the time I found out I had it I was 10 and would always wonder why that happened to me but i know now that its pretty common thanks for sharing love your videos
I always learn something from your videos! I wanted to point something out, all of the dry brushing in the world will not “eliminate” cellulite. It’s great for exfoliating, increased circulation & improves lymphatic drainage to help rid toxins. Skin may appear more plumped but it does not eliminate the cellulite you already have. Plumpness may disguise it which is amazing, but it’s still there. I wish there was a dry brush that would eliminate cellulite!
Do u use sunscreen everyday for your body? If yes, what brands....I know you have shared Coola and that you like mineral sunscreens but was just wondering since you were talking body care. I love all your videos and how passionate you are with caring for yourself inside and out! Thank you for sharing 😊.
I'm so late, but i wish to ask you to only buy reef safe sunscreen, especially if you wish to swim in the sea. The chemical oxybenzone really kills the marine plant life even if the sunscreen only has a really small amount of it in the bottle.
I just love your videos😊💘 you keep inspiring me Annie so muchhhh💗 honestly I have always been a happy person but you remind me to always stay happy and positive💕 thank you!❤️
I always wondered how you got that glow I see in every video! Loved this video so much Annie, makes me want to jump to action and challenge myself to take extra care into myself. It’s so important! I too have gotten a little off track... this video came just in time! Continue making highly inspiring content Annie, I can’t get enough!
Hi Annie!!❤Do you use the same body moisturizer for your skin areas where you used to get acne as for your whole body? And also, do you think it would be a good idea to apply coconut oil on the skin areas where i used to have acne or not because it might clog the pores and lead to new acne? Amazing video as always!! Thank you so much for the other tips, you're an inspiration❤❤
Hi Annie, my question is about laser hair removal. One of the biggest no-nos when doing laser hair removal is tanning (in the sun or via a bottle). Have you found any laser machines/salons that accept you to come in with a tan and still have good hair-removal results? Thanks!
Hi Annie! This was so great! While we were listening to you the hubs grabbed more water and I grabbed my lotion!! You do have beautiful skin. I plan to try some of the lotions you use. Have a good rest of the week.
Hi Annie! I've been doing pilates for a few months and it has really changed my posture and my body overall. You will grow to love it! Thanks for your tips. Love from Florida!
thank you for the video, i have waited for it for so long, i would have loved if you have talked about how to clear body acne-scars and what products you recommend
Great video! Love that you focus on wat we put into our bodies and how we care for ourselves, it really starts from the inside out. Was wondering where your necklace is from, I've been looking for something like it
Annie, you are my favourite blogger ever! I've been watching your videos for years and am so happy you're posting more often! Just wondering what color nails you have? They're perfect!
Thank you for being honest about your imperfections. It's nice to watch influencers on here who are truly honest. I also love how you're always encouraging us to be the best , healthy version of ourselves. I'm a long time viewer & have always enjoyed your videos especially the more personal ones 😊💗
Hi Annie, I have seen your videos on and off since you have moved from NYC but never commented (perhaps once) all these years. It is important to remember that we are 70% FLUID, not water. The more one drinks, the more one dilutes the electrolytes in the body. That's not good. Water is good but don't drench yourself overly. Drink plenty but no need to "focus" extra on hydration. The body knows best! It needs no help from our messed up Egos. Re. PILATES, it messed up my back greatly. PILATES is superb to strengthen the core but they will tell you to force your lower back down to the ground. Pin it down, even if it is not natural for those of us with this natural curve in the back. Don't do it!!! I have the same slight arch and never had pain until PILATES. Look how Candice Swanepoel keeps her arch while doing her PILATES (and ballet) moves while laying down. That's the right way for some of us with natural curves. You may also take a look at professional dancers - for instance Yulia Zagoruychenko, - 9 times Latin World Champion - with gorgeous back curves. Think of it as a blessing. If you are not in pain then it is perfect. PILATES (done properly, without force) is terrific to tone up, I agree, just do not force the NATURAL curve down. That's my addition to the information you provided. I shall get the NUXE body glow, looks divine. I have PRTTY PEAUSHUN (vegan, the secret body glow of the stars in shoots) which creates a stunning sheen on the skin without being greasy. ~ Thank you for all the tips. Here is the link to Candice's workout. Lots of L.O.V.E., xx... th-cam.com/video/yGLnQdx0d4U/w-d-xo.html Here is my PILATES that I do once a week. Results are marvelous. I choose this one without voice-over, only music. ENJOY!
Yes to everything you said! I just watched a scientist explain how animals drink when they are thirsty, why shouldn't we? People have actually died from diluting their potassium levels too much. Also, I try to buy water in glass, as they are finding that those plastic bottles are off-gassing into the atmosphere. Just trying my best, but by no means perfect 😊
What type of laser hair removal are you doing? Since there are different laser types, it is kind of difficult to chooce for me. Can you recommend one? Love your videos by the way :-)
Hi Annie, are you able to do a tech video, ie what camera settings you use? Your videos are such good quality. I know you have a canon 70 d, but what do you blog with? Do you use Final Cut Pro? I’m starting out with TH-cam and you inspire me to start reaching out too, would just love some tech help xx
First few seconds in, I am already laughing like hell. She did nothing wrong tho, its just that when she said focusing on the *body*, I thought about Mr bean art class, the women who said "tHe BoDy" 😂
What does 'beauty grade' actually mean? Surely if it's food grade that's the best since you wouldn't put non-pure stuff in your mouth... I get you want to support your friends but even they haven't explained what they mean by this.
You skin constantly looks like it has a filter on it, you are SHINING
romessa8 she has oil and shimmer on lol
Usually your skin reflects your feelings. As much as I love skincare, sometimes I can't hide the emotions behind it :D
Stunning

Michelle D make it a must do to choose one thing per week when the kids are in bed and treat yourself. Self care is necessary 🙂
You'll make time my mom did
I have twins and I feel you on this
Take a weekend off and do self care, You have to take care of yourself too❤happy women's day 😊
Pick one day out of the week to have a spa day at home (mine is sundays) it may not be everyday but once a week is better than nothing.

Loveee this video! Would love for you to make a video/discuss in a vlog more about what your waxing routine was like prior to laser (i.e. how often would you go, maintenance in between sessions, etc.)
Also, how are you so tan? Do you spray, or is it natural? Thx!
Love you, Annie. This might sound strange but could you maybe do a video on how you maintain your white clothes :) Thank you for your tips and for inspiring us to be better version of ourselves. :)
Vitezslava Lazok she maintains it by not having children lol
Thanks for putting in the effort, time and care to make these videos. Your most recent videos have been over 20 mins long, unlike many other youtubers who would put together much shorter videos on the same or similar topics. Thanks for taking the time to be so thorough!
❤️❤️❤️❤️ we all want a glowing beautiful skin like yours Annie. I love dry brushing and it’s effective and amazing. Sometimes I don’t put lotion on my body but this makes me wanna take care more of my skin. Thanks for the reminder Annie 😘
Our body naturally produces moisture to keep the temperature safe on the skin but sometimes it is best to apply topical products to sustain the moisture that was lost from harsh and alkaline body washes. xoxo much love :)
you are glowing! I am set on that journey, thanks for your amazing tips!
Sis is glowing brighter then the sun
Ok - u have totally become my fav utuber !!! ☺️great content !!
she’s so beautiful 🥰
you are glowing !! you look amazing as always
Hi Annie can you please do a video demonstrating how you layer these glowing products on your shoulders and etc.
I wish there was a dry brush that would eliminate cellulite!
yayyy finally! your videos always uplift me.. even during my morning sickness!
Have some honey tea with ginger xoxo :)
Do u use sunscreen everyday for your body? If yes, what brands....I know you have shared Coola and that you like mineral sunscreens but was just wondering since you were talking body care. I love all your videos and how passionate you are with caring for yourself inside and out! Thank you for sharing 😊.
Have you tried Clarins body sunscreens before? I love this botanical brand's products.
I'm so late, but i wish to ask you to only buy reef safe sunscreen, especially if you wish to swim in the sea. The chemical oxybenzone really kills the marine plant life even if the sunscreen only has a really small amount of it in the bottle.
Loving these frequent uploads Annie ❤️
I just love your videos😊💘 you keep inspiring me Annie so muchhhh💗 honestly I have always been a happy person but you remind me to always stay happy and positive💕 thank you!❤️

I absolutely love all of your recent videos!
I have been waiting for this video! :)
Omg I clicked on this as soon as I saw it!! Been waiting for this video😍🙏🏼

Have you ever tried the blue cocoon by May Lindstrom? I am in LOVE with it, it's one of those iconic products I feel like you'd also love.
I absolutely, adore your videos! You are so inspirational...

Omg i just wanted this and u posted it thank you so much ❤
