Too crowded with neighbors, house not cohesive, doesn`t feel integrated inside, maybe the color palette is too beige
Beautiful house
I lived in Newport for 30 years. Perfect location, perfect house, but over priced. Houses on the water that are all fixed up go for 2,000 a foot so this being 7,000 feet should be 14 million not 25 million.

Neighbors are way too close. Pool is tiny should be in the backyard and not that joke of a courtyard
