Gauche acted instantly to save grey. No words or anything, risking being able to see marie grow up just to save grey when previously he could care less about what happens to anyone but himself and marie. He truly loved her.

That last panel was so well drawn. I love how through the whole chapter Zora, Luck and even Magna were being shown like they were on the same level as Nacht during this fight.
Damn, Nero, Grey and Gauche literally holding the team together.
Damnatio singlehandedly raising the villains rep. Even though there's a high chance that it won't mean anything in the future.
I can count on one hand the number of characters Tabata has killed off. No way he kills off 2 of the main group. There will be a mcguffin, a plot armour, or an Asta who will ride in at the last second to save them.

I can see Asta coming back and only the ones helping him get through the portal, Zora, Nero, and possibly Magma surviving, even though, there's a high chance he and Luck go out together.
What spell is Nero using at the end of the chapter and which black bulls do you think will do the best vs Damnatio?
Probably a spell similar to Heavenly Prison: Faint Omen that was previously used on Asta to seal all the damage & backlash from overusing black form. It all looks like Mana Method tho (like her and Zora did that combination spell against Lucifero)
It could be her Ultimate spell. We never did see her use it during the Spade Saga.

When I read the last chapter of Black Clover I knew that during this fight the Diamond Kingdom will us up to help more likely Mars, Fana (Human), Ladros, Fanzell, Dominante and Mariella...after all Mars and Asta did make that promise to come to each other side if the other was in trouble plus I think Mars and maybe Fanzell or Ladros need to face off with Morris for what he did to the children/students of Fanzell. Speaking of Morris and Mars am I the only one thought the plot point about Morris combining Mars and Fana's grimoires would go somewhere and be somewhat related to the story Ex How and why did Morris do this in the first place especially since he only did it with two people or Lead to explaining more about Hybrids etc...?
Lucius has sent Paladin Damnatio to the Witch's Forest to stop the Black Bulls and the Witches. Simply to put it, Lucius has foreseen the Door of Fate Event. Still the Black Bulls will fight Paladin Damnatio to the final person. Yet it is time for Charmy to show her divine nature. For she is the granddaughter of a goddess. To Lucius and Paladin Damnatio, Charmy is just another human dwarf who has these weird powers which are based on Food Magic. Yet we haven't seen the full scale of Charmy's powers.
Charmy is the one whom Paladin Damnatio who should have dealt with. first Oddly one of Charmy's attributes is studying her opponent before she attacks. One way of defeating your enemy is to study him to find his weaknesses. Than all Charmy has to do is to start cooking as a way to deceive Paladin Damnatio. Oddly Damnatio is going to become a little confused while Charmy continues to heal and build up herself before showing Paladin Damnatio the true powers of a DEMIGOD. Just remember Charmy is one part Dwarf, one part Human and one part Goddess.
I know that Charmy has some links to a deity, but I don’t remember anything specifying her as the deity’s granddaughter. She could possibly just be a reincarnation since we still have yet to know her origins or even meet any family members.
If the black bulls all die and become paladins leaving only Vanessa and Finral, could be a call back to the water temple where Asta, Vanessa, and Finral team up

Damanito is a monster man especially with his scale magic he can I assume turn his scale into a sword RWBY style and he used it to destroy the Black Bulls hideout and fend off their attacks.
Also shoutout to Zora man he really putting in the work with his trap he probably one of the resourceful members of the black bulls due to how he able to use his trap magic dude the genius when it comes to using his magic and using his limitations to his advantage
But yeah man the Black Bulls are in trouble without Vanessa they can’t really escape the damage and critical injuries they got Damnatio especially since he took out Gray who was healing their injuries.
Out of the Black Bulls I don’t care too much about Gauche so I would be indifferent if he died but man I hope Gray doesn’t die man I like her a lot and we still dont even know her real name.
Also Secre used her sealing magic to seal their injuries man like she did with Asta and Lumiere in there battle aganist Zagred all in all this was a great action packed chapter
Wish these chapters were longer
With how close people have gotten to getting killed in this series I would say that the black bulls will be fine. However, I believe that the people fight Lucius are the one that will be killed and turned into paladins with yami being okay because of his heart being affected by demonic energy.
One theory that I saw from broku about megicula(the person who is the parent of all curses) being the final villain because every curse that we have seen is still their so she should be alive
Yeah, this chapter was a whole cookbook of greatness that’s what was being served up in this chapter and holy hell we got potential bodies out of it and I’m just gonna throw it out there. I won hundred percent believe we got more paladins incoming courtesy of the black bulls
I don't think Astaroth is the main villain if your theory about lucius not being the final villain is true as it would break the lore of demonology that he tabata is using, Ashtaroth (Astaroth) is stated to be more mischievous than evil or harmful.
Let me remind y’all that they’re fighting at half their original power due to scale magic. The last chapter shows magic sealing, probably to seal the scale magic. They gonna fight at full power on the next chapter. Hence why they said they ain’t done yet

I don't see why not. Yuno lost members of the golden dawn . And personaly if it had to be gouche I'm not to mad. Even though overall he was an interesting character...charmy became relevant to late in the game if you ask me

I started reading this chapter and it was over in like 30 seconds! Shortest chapter ive ever seen.
Be real now they ain’t dead. Imo I need sum deaths as cliché as it sounds but it’s true, this arc for me have not given high stakes. i hope by the end of this arc we have sum names erased. And I’m not talking about fodders
By the looks of it, Jack is very likely dead, the injury he sustained along with the fact that no recovery mage is around or probably even knows where he is gives me the idea he’s done for. Might be the same for Mereoleona too, though my speculation is that she fights Morris for so long, her transformation turns her body entirely into mana since we saw that was a consequence during the Lucifero fight.
I think grey will die, she’ll probably will use the rest of her magic to save gauche.

Probably has to be within a certain range for it to copy.
In order to copy someone, they need to look into his magic eye, and if Vanessa is indeed too far away, she can’t see his eye to clone herself.
