To be completely honest, this seems like a really good character to use. The animations are nice but the damage might need to be changed but it'll probably just stay as a admin only character.
1st move is called Energy Beam, which is a reference to that same move in most Dragon Ball games. In phase two version I believe we could call that a Planetary Energy Beam. The 4th one would be Heat Dome Attack which is a move Trunks did on Cell to defeat him, in Dragon Ball ofc. And the 5th move is simillar to that one grab move Spirit Breaking Cannon in some Dragon Ball games, so we could call it that. Just to let you know lol

I didn't realise this until now but actually the beam character can climb walls and run up them, press space again when jumping on a wall to climb up it and to wall run you need to jump and press space on a wall while holding W + A or W + D depending on if the wall is on the left or right. I just realised someone said this before me.
Lots of people are hating on Bunny for making so much admin characters and not work on the rework. But I think this is just Bunny trying new animations and cutscene type moves. People should really stop rushing developers, give em a break.

New sans when he reaches half stamina mix with gt frisk dt 4 shield can insta kill, I trolled my friend who was using this with new sans but if he goes after you you gotta make sure either gt frisk distracts the admin char or he manage to build the shield in front of you Just have to make sure u dodge those lasers, they ate up an entire half of your stamina if u get caught Havent found any character that can solo 1 on 1 the admin character, since it can ignore basic stuns (Phase 2 btw cuz it auto blocks, and I think may or may not be able to pb, prob can but still)
