If I don’t declare my PRC license since it’s already expired 2019 and had no chance to renew as I’m working in Ireland and no representative na pwed magprocess ng verification sa PRC if ever and if I will not fill out form 3F, would it be an issue that I graduated 2012 and not declare my PRC license for the NYSED application? I am filling up the nysed form 1 and on the personal information part the first name cannot exceed more than 15 letters, I have 2 first names and it has 16 letters. If you don’t complete the application in one sitting, you can retrieve and continue if you have a US SSN. Otherwise, there’s no way for you to retrieve it. Hence, new application. Sayang effort and time.

DEBIT CARD is NOT accepted po in paying, CREDIT CARD lang po ang accepted. Sa course na Child abuse and Infection control mu lang po pwede ipang bayad ung Debit Card.

I used some Uworld, some Remar, and read a lil saunders. I did 3 nurse achiever exams and my result came back failed

Sir, before filling up form 1, dapat tapos na form 2f and 3f. What do you mean by complete na? Mareceive muna nila or pwede na ako magfill-up ng form1 as soon as mai-mail na ang forms 2f and 3f? Or may notification pang iwait before completing form 1? Thank you

I attended 3 schools sa elementary and 2 schools sa high school. question 1: sa elem and HS level, should I write down first yung latest school where I graduated and add the other schools? or Hindi na e-declare ang other schools? question 2: sa high school, the school where I graduated from change its name dahil naging college na siya. should I write sa form yung OLD name ng school or yung NEW name ng school? sa diploma ko kasi nalagyan nila ng middle initial ang name ko so when I had it reprinted, ang nilagay nila is the new name ng school. or pwede po kaya yung old diploma ko nlng e-attach dahil sa TOR ng nursing program nakalagay din dun na I had removed the middle initial ng name ko sa school credentials (both ng HS and college)?

@@sherillants8984 for me, it wouldn’t hurt to send extra docs. Kung need nila, at least di na nila hahanapin. Kung need nila tas bigla hinanap, then may chance ma delay yung application. Just my 2 cents.
