Hi, SAP has provided its support to BW/4 HANA till 2040. However, I suggest you to learn Dataspehere(Data warehouse cloud) and SAC in parallel for better growth in your career..SAP is endorsing its cloud warehousing which will be future for data warehouse and reporting

It depends on skill..SAP has lot many modules and you need to have lot of functional knowledge..pay depends on experience, skills, certifications and many other factors..I would say if you have skills on below you will have good future..Datasphere, BW/4 HANA with knowledge of creating and extracting from CDS views, S/4HANA, SAC and SAC Planning, UI5 fiori apps,Native HANA Pay depends on how you put yourself in interviews and you need to justify your experience
