@@lukehoplife Sure. Row make sure you extend your legs fully then pull. It’ll save some fatigue & allow for an efficient pull. As far as the wall balls, those are completely wrong. It’s a squat + press. So a full squat then press (or throw) with the ball. Hope this helps 🏆
