I really likethow the finish looks and for me it was actually much easier than putting the project in a frame. I can see more of thse hangers in my future.

Hi Karla! Love to you and Baggy! I found a selection of tea bombs on Amazon using "hot tea bombs". They also have some under the gourmet food section. Love your finish of Sweet William. I noticed that they also have the hangers in clear, which I think would work well with a lot of projects. Congrats on finishing the stitching on the front of your biscornu. I have mine slated for a finish next month. I am going to do a beaded finish. Great progress on your counted canvas piece. I like the pink background rather than gray. I think Earth Goddess is more in season for spring since Earth Day is in the spring, whereas Sweet Pea Fairy is more of a summer stitch to me because of the time of the year that Sweet Peas bloom. How sweet of a gift that would be for Hudson. You could maybe do it as a 13 or 16 year birthday gift even which might give you enough time since it is a mini. Did I tell you I finally got the Christmas decorations down and put away? Thankfully my son-in-law put everything in the storage area for me. My back has been flaring ever since laying on the x-ray table last Thursday. Of course, having Walter this weekend didn't help it since it was resident appreciation celebration so I was chasing him around the playground for 2 hours and then holding him the entire time we waited in line for the free food at the food truck, which was probably 20 minutes. I even texted Kristal to please come and pick him up a couple hours early. I should be able to attend the March Zoom finally unless something unexpected happens. I miss the Zooms a lot. Hi Dawn - I really like the magnetic hanger. I put it up on Monday and so far there has been no slipping or anything. I ind of want to wait to start Earth Goddess with Kelly so I think I am going to start teh Sweet Pea Fairy next month - I actually want to start a bunch of stuff but I know that in the long run I would be happier with fewer starts and more progress. I saw your posts in IG about falling and hurting your hand - I hope it is not too serious and heals quickly. That must be putting a huge damper on your stitching!
I will teach you whatever you wnat - although it is really easy and once you get used to it,basically the same as stitching on aida - espcially with a lugana or other evenweave other than linen. Hopefully Hudson will continue to love the idea of getting the space piece for the 5-10 years it will take me to finish it :-)!!
There’s blue streaks in your glasses throughout the video (it was really bugging me-I tried to ignore it but I kept seeing it!) All your WIPs are beautiful. What do you do with the Biscornu when you’re finished putting it together? Have a great week Karla. 💜💜💜💜💜💜
Unfotunately that is an issue with weaaring glasses and having a ring light - most glasses are sold now with blue light filters. When th bicornu it done and made into it's little pillow it will g on my shelf
@@karlabeingcrafty1089 She cares for all the different sea creatures, although she says she misses the reptiles she used to care for. Her favorites are the manatees so I'd like to stitch her a manatee some day. I know she has her divers certificate, and is a certified aquarist. She also works with the birds at the aquarium. She's a lovely girl and has worked hard to get to do her dream job.

Hudson would LOVE the outer space one! I think you should teach me on the 28 because I am so curious how to do 2 over 1.
