There are certain elements to look in our Tibetan dance such as the movement of hands and the feet. The new steps are more about how you can move your body, so much westernized. Scared that our culture is disappearing in the name of Lhakar. It’s very contradictory in a way to be celebrating our best day in the week with something so much influenced from China. 😢
You can see the difference between donsel and how those little girls are dancing. There should be more emphasis on the hands and less shake of the body, that’s the beauty of Tibetan dance.
I think you only know how to criticize . Donsel. Grow up in tipa however these young girls born abroad. However. Keeping our culture alive. I’m proud of my daughter how she love gorshey and enjoys it. You have no idea how much daughter work hard to learn this gorshey, time and dedication, love our culture
Good dancing. One of the threads here mentions one shouldn’t wear jeans when doing this kind of dancing. It is unfortunate that staid person sees sexual attraction in the dancer(s) so dressed. Eye of the beholder thing. Tell the masterful dancers belonging to one of the gorshey rings in Chengdu they shouldn’t wear jeans whilst dancing. Silly silly silly notion.

Because Donsal knew only Toeshy that’s why need to leave during kham/Amdo dance.😂even she tried to dance but looks so weirdo like paralyze body
