No one at facebook did this. SoFlo has something called a merge account link that barely anyone (commercial, not corporate) even knows about. He's able to claim a page as his, and it auto merges the two pages to the bigger one. He can't merge with a page bigger than himself or the other person gets all his likes, and vice versa.
So the bigger fish always wins the battle.

I was wondering what the heck was going on. I was all of a sudden getting Soflos videos in my Facebook feed... I never once have liked his page, so that was a bit of a shock. At first I thought it was Facebook being up to some shady pay for likes stuff, though I can't decide if this is any less worse.
EDIT: Imagine if every time a TH-cam channel got taken down for copyrights or trademarks, all of the subscribers had their accounts unknowingly subscribed to a TH-cam channel owned by the party that filed the claim? That would be World War III.

Even though I love the jokes, I feel Ethan and Hila's work is bring to light some of the biggest issues facing the TH-cam community in a way that's very comprehensible and enjoyable. What they do is important, and I am thankful passionate and levelheaded people such as themselves having given an opportunity to discuss such issues in a way that people literally look forward to every week!

one time I was playing checkers and then I realised the guy I was playing against was soflo.
