On the end from Day a Perfect clean Areal. This Work make a Spitz Team. To last a old Chuchyard is to see, then to clean is only manual Work to make. This Video to show a very good work. Greeting 👍👌🇦🇹
I'm always like'n y'alls videos Mr. Jon, when you guys can take a jungle and transform it into a golf course, brother, what's not to like!!! BEAUTIFUL transformation UBC!👍👍 Have a Blessed day my friends 🕊🕊🕊
I love local history and that family cemetery is fascinating to me. Some temporary/portable fencing from Premier One Fencing and a few goats could clean that place right up! Salute to those who marked it off for preservation! And thanks for showing us around!
Please dont put goats in anything other than chain link, field fence or cattle panels. I know people do it, but all it takes is one fallen branch on the electric fence and the neighborhood will NOT be happy with you! 🙂
Watching both machines run at the same time is impressive re: how fast they remove material. No doubt the big lots with trees all shook with fear when they saw you coming 😧 😨 😰 but then breathed a sigh of relief when you drove past them each day 😌😅 Seeing *two* ASV's with Fecon mulchers is bound to make trees nervous; at least wanna "uproot/leave?" [I know; I won't quit my day job]. Anyway, great job/attention to detail; UBC's signature trademark. *God bless.*
You can see that possum in the top of the tree before it came down and moving just as it landed. What a ride! Good thing he was in the top where there was some cushion when it fell. Everything looks so nice after you guys finish.
Y'all Do such a great job. Every time I watch I think " he has the dream team crew " everyone knows whats what, everyone knows what to do . you sir got it right !
Hey guys, blessings... I'm always so impressed by the jobs you do, gosh if you ever come close to Scranton, PA let me know, I love to meet you in person and a great honor, I just love the way you guys work, as always... Keep the pride on Hi God be with you all.💯
Looks nice, though it does open the property to trespassers and vehicle, 🤔 Why did tree guys come out, missed that some how. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Another great job on the lot and there are a lot of old cemeteries out in the country like the one you had there and I have seen some that dated back in the early 1800's and they are unique.
One thing I noticed with your machines is you seem to have sharp teeth what actually cut & chip. A lot of the other mulchers on TH-cam don't seem to have sharpened or replaced the teeth since the day they got the machine so just smash & grind through everything which looks a right mess at the end of the job. Also that going over everything with an extra back drag at the end really makes a massive difference to how good things look when you finish & walk away.
It looks great, but seems like youd have to clear out all the mulch and underlying stumps if you expected grass to grow (if that’s what they wanted). Those chips take forever to decompose and the use up a lot of nitrogen. Good if you don’t want anything to grow, I guess it all depends on what you’re looking for.
Thanks John for another AWESOME video it’s 7:00 am here in Hawaii and you mentioned that josh had a doctors appointment and that reminded me that I have one also so I’m heading out. Thanks again 🤙🏼🙏🏻
Would be really nice if the owners put a bit of money & effort into cleaning up the cemetery really nice. Just seems like the right & respectful thing to do.
Great looking finished project! Y’all sure do work together like a well-oiled machine. When the two guys were working side by side I kept hearing the 'Dueling Banjos' in my mind and thinking 'Fueding Fecons'. 🤣 (they are both Fecons right?) 👍👏💯💯💯👏👍
I'm also curious to hear the answer to ZAX Land Clearing. The clearing i do is all roots and all being taken out, to make it cultivated acres for farming.
Hey John, what do your customers do after a large mulch project like this one is performed? Do they run a mower over it after things start to grow back? Put dirt and sod on top? Have you come back out after some decomposition has taken place? Thanks -Zach
We've got videos of that on the channel somewhere, I can't think of one specifically, but I know I've talked about it before. Maybe check out one of the videos in the maintenance playlist?
Did you ever get all the wiring issues fixed on the new ASV I think you said it was not charging fully for some reason or another. And what did you find was the cause of it.
Superb view now, really thinned the over growth down to nothing, seeing the old cemetery in that condition makes me sad that no one is trying to care for it, not even the family that it was named for, just a shame that it will end up even worse in the future
Could you do a video explaining how u price a job like unexpected issues u run into while doing it you probably have some things but like if u quote a job and then run into issues where there is a lot of underground rocks or something just odd that makes the job way harder than expected how spoils u go about pricing it if it’s way more than what the original quote was
I know this was months ago, but I don’t understand why the people want to tear out forested areas when trees are the lungs of the earth, dead trees and dying trees I can see that, then they put in lawns (big ones) and use tons of water, is it an ego thing? I guess money does buy a lot. But I will say your work is interesting, I never saw anything like it.
Dawns here ☀️
Great as usual. It's sad to see cementarys get in such a shape. God Bless All.

I like hearing the machines.
Thanks for the feedback!
Cleaning up that cemetery would be a great project for a churches youth group

14:31 Leaving the bush hog running while getting out is a very smart choice 👌

What a huge area and she sure came out pretty. I saw where you guys might get some wild and cold weather this weekend. Stay safe. ❤️🥰

Great work again, guys. This looked lovely when you finished. Nice to see that possum. !!

Great job, well done. Would be nice if someone would clean up the old graveyard. Thanks for sharing
That sure is purdy !

What an excellent crew you have there and you do such good work.
Thank you very much!
SC is getting more snow! I dont see any palmettos in that mulch pile. 🤣
Beautiful job. Sad to see old neglected graves
Enjoyed the show
You guys are great at what you do love watching the transformation

Yes, both fecon mulching heads and two ASV machines. It's a great forestry mulching combination!
I'm also curious to hear the answer to ZAX Land Clearing. The clearing i do is all roots and all being taken out, to make it cultivated acres for farming.
Have you thought about using a toe behind chipper for cutting through the bidder trees?
Awesome Job!!
Thanks for the visit!
great job!!

Great job again! Like a previous comment, would be nice to see the old cemetery cleaned up but not sure of any red tape involved.
Awesome teamwork, as always! 🥇

Good work...

Nice job! Can you show how you sharpen the teeth on the mulcher? I just figured you did it with an angle grinder and eyeballed it.

What a beautiful transformation too bad that possum got in the way but at least it's OK
Would a disc mulcher have an advantage with the larger trees?
Did you ever get all the wiring issues fixed on the new ASV I think you said it was not charging fully for some reason or another. And what did you find was the cause of it.
The place looks really good after all your hard work. What is hammered by snow 2 inches ?
I believe we got over 6". That's a lot for the Upstate of SC.
@@UpstateBrushControl yes it is
Ailanthus is really the tree from hell!! Its so invasive!
Nice work. This is work I could do. Question…. How long do properties stay like that? 10 years?
The customer will need to maintain them. This just gets the property to a manageable place.
Superb view now, really thinned the over growth down to nothing, seeing the old cemetery in that condition makes me sad that no one is trying to care for it, not even the family that it was named for, just a shame that it will end up even worse in the future

Hi buddy
Getting rid of the rotton trees will give the trees more spa ce
You guys made mince meat of that plot.
Combined there are masses of cubic metres to be mulched.
👍👍😀🇨🇦
To bad the guy that owns the land can’t get back there and clean up that cemetery
