Overall, I like this property. There are a lot of great upgrades and I love the built-in storage cabinets in various rooms. I think more can be done with the exterior. The front of the house is not exciting at all and rather boring and even though the back has a built-in grill, dinner table, and pool, the area does very little to invite you in the space. You don't want to spend a lot of time out there. The interior is great. Now they need to work with a landscape designer for the exterior.
