I have some other LEDs in my 07 cluster right now, and of course on stopped working. ordered the ones you linked, I like the idea they're non polarity so no flipping bulbs to make them work like I had to last time lol
The missing bulb is for POWER. Probably a turbo optioned model light. Saw 3 previous videos on the topic and all 3 were missing the same light. Also put a flashlight on to the hole and look at the front, you can read what the light is for. One last thing, the light sockets have a mark on them. They have to go back in reverse of how they came out. Good video!

I was thinking I would number the plugs in the back to ensure I plugged everything back in correctly afterwards, but my 2000 model WRX has similar problems with some of the lights being out or extremely dull. Probably original bulbs as I think you mentioned. Cheers for the video
Hi , Thanks for the vid , i have an 07 i changed the cluster lights 3 times , unfortunately all of them not shiny enough to be able to see the light at the daylight i want it to be the same as the STI custer :( , does the one you installed good enough to be shiny at daylight ?
Hello Rob, thanks for the video. Do you know if the needles have their own light input? Like could I get different color bulbs for the needles compared to the tachometer/speedometer numbers? thanks

Just bought the red ones based on this. My old green ones were worn out. Bet it will change up the feel totally

Needles do not have lighting

Skip replacing the warning/ turn signal bulbs and use the remaking bulbs in the climate control cluster. You should have just enough.
