How to make a espresso martini with no source of espresso. Can strong cold brewed coffee be used and still get the froth at top.
You can. Of course the difference will be in what coffee you use. Don’t think Instant coffee would be all that good however lol. Shaking it well should give you a froth. I use a Senseo coffee maker with the Senseo pod/pad and get great froth. Used to be a bartender in New Orleans bout hundred years ok :) & there is allot that goes into how you make the drink inc portions etc.
How about French Martini! I thought it was made with vodka Chambord and topped with champagne? No one makes it that way, I love it that way. Is that the correct

Why would you want to smash the ice. Shaking will only water down the drink
