- Time for the next chapter of the original Ninja Gaiden trilogy, The Dark Sword of Chaos.
My thoughts:
It's basically just like the first game, with the additional Kage Bunshin no Jutsu... or... I mean, Shadow Clones... and some more BS.
The story is not as hard hitting, as it was in the first game, but the visuals, the gameplay and the music are all there.
Overall, it's almost just as fun as the first game. 9/10, would Naruto-run through demon dungeons all over again.
The most prominent memory I have of playing ninja gaiden was the immense amount of rage that the game produced. Eventually I had to just give up and accept defeat.
Just like me and Battletoads back in the day... But I will have my rematch, and I will win... one way or the other...
Honestly, without save states or, at least, save spots between levels, most older games just feel almost impossible to beat...
@@bulleteyegames festers quest worked me over pretty good too. Perhaps I still harbor resentment from those experiences of agonizing defeat. Lol.

Nice! 👍
Good times
At least this sequel didn't take as much a nosedive as valis 2 where you couldn't even do the invincible slide 😂 let alone enemies pop up too fast. Glad they fixed stuff in valis 4 on pc engine (snes was terrible).
I always forget ninja gaiden 3 has that awesome stage 1 music, not 2.
Brings good memory...thx man
