I definitely am dreaming of a world that supports a Menopause sabbatical, financially supporting each women to become their wise women selves, hence the world becomes a deeply loving and conscious place with respect and reverence for life ⭕️🙏🔥.
To me this precious challenge to stop being what i actually wasn't happened in my 40s when i faced the powerful and profoundly authentic teacher, Death. Passing of our mother, father, brother, my country(moved away), my body(crashed my knee), my successfull job(just left;-)....to Be in this nurtering, graceful, reconnected, mature, flowing, real place of authentic Being....i'm now im my first weeks of perimenopausa, sweating, missing my mum and my ancestors in heavens, letting go and in the some time exponentially growing towards the Divine Within...vulnerable, open, trusting, observing and above all Knowing that i'm getting everyday on the Way closer and closer to merging into Oneness....so much love, so so much love to found in it....thank you🙏

My menopause went unrecognised by me after a urgent hysterectomy at 40. I just carried on as though nothing had happened and experienced all the ‘loss’ of who I had been before the operation without understanding it or seeking any support. HRT was associated with cancer risk at the time so I did nothing to acknowledge my change. 12 years later, I hit the wall hard and had no choice but to ‘put everything down’. I’m with you in this Clare 💚🕊 from Central Australia.
its ok to be no one going no where .......this is the radical step of risking to live seen by our inner world rather than the outer

Thank you so much for this. I’m 38 in perimenopause, started at 37. I have 3 young children so it all feel’s devastating on my bad days. I have to somehow hold it together while falling apart because my children need me. This conversation is helping me so much. Thank you again ❤️

Thank you Thank you for this! What a gift to be able to sit and listen and as I took notes and captured your words, it was as if my soul was telling its own story. Your candidness and vulnerability in sharing the depths of the well, the abuse and the journey of dismantling...so deeply echoes my own.
